Chanyeol, he’s the god of fire. Everyone loves him (humans and even gods). Not only did he control that element, he also appears in their world as the sun. The center of their humans' universe, he was a big flaring star lighting up everything in his wake. The human’s loves his light and warmth. It was hard not to love him. Every god sees him as a happy-virus always happy, always smiling. Though what they didn’t know was that the human’s prayers plagued him. It pushes his mind to conjure thoughts that would send him into a spiral of darkness and depression.

His light. The light that everyone seemed to love… it only reached a part of the Human’s earth. Enveloping them in constant darkness at night. Still, the human’s can’t help but get into his strong gravity (figuratively and literally), they couldn’t hate him for the limited hours of light and warmth. That’s how he existed in their universe. The king, strong and mighty, however, in his, he was merely another god amongst 9 others. He was equal with them and he also envied them.

During the day in a part of the human’s earth, he would be able to hear their prayers and wishes inside his mind. They wanted his light during the time of their night. It’s seems that the twinkling stars were not enough for them. And he felt guilty because of that. He was responsible for giving light and warmth, but his power could only do so much, and that made him angry with himself.

         Junmyeon, the water god, noticed his hidden depression and convinced him to leave and explore to take his mind off of the Human’s wishes he could not grant.

         Chanyeol didn’t know that agreeing to leave would lead him to meeting Baekhyun. The ethereal Baekhyun. His beauty captivated him so much that he went back to their capital with him. 

And Chanyeol couldn't deny that their meeting wasn't only fate, it was beautiful. Just like how Baekhyun is to him.
