The year is 2150, and the government has introduced a new way to help people in need and on the streets live better lives.

And the more fortunate part of society aren't complaining either, as it helps them with their love-lives.

Perfect match centers, or PMC, has been introduced to the genral public. The center takes care of misfortunate people, and common folks like you and me, are able to go to the centers and find themselves a partner of a lifetime. 

Minseok, a young man who has all the wealth he needs in life, has given up on finding the love of his life, and has decided to visit a PMC for help. 

Following his decision, he meets Luhan, a boy who the world has forgotten.
