Chapter 1: Awn, this was short but cute! I liked how Seungyoon remembered Taehyun even if he met him casually, just for few seconds.. :)
I think you could try to write more, you know, the more you write the more you become comfortable with english. (I can tell you as personal experience!!) And I think this story could have more potential, it could has been longer if you wanted to :) Anyway, don't worry too much and just write *3*

Chapter 1: Is this a drabble only? because you said 'a drabble or a good start'. And here I'm hoping for a good start of a chaptered fic based on this drabble ;) because this looks promising and I need elaboration on this (particularly on how they bumped with each other at the apartment).. lol

But if it's a drabbles collection then I wouldn't mind either, since it's already beautiful and sweet :).
