Jaejoong presses his lips into a thin line and watches how his boyfriend starts to mix the ingredients for the cupcake dough too enthusiastically, some of the still dry flour soon starting to fly up and cover his face. He wants to laugh at the cuteness but forces himself to remain silent, not wanting Yunho to feel embarrassed.

He blinks, yearning to tell Yunho that there is one important ingredient missing, but Yunho made him promise to not say one single word while he is making the red velvet cupcakes and Jaejoong never breaks his promises. Besides, Yunho is going to notice it the moment he has a taste of the dough anyway.

When Yunho deems everything well mixed, he takes a small spoon and scoops some of the dough onto it before leading it into his mouth and he grimaces, soon looking at Jaejoong.

Jaejoong smiles and gestures towards the cupboard with the spices and sauces.

Yunho blushes and takes the bag of sugar out, pouring the needed amount into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. He let out a small cough of embarrassment before starting to mix everything once again.

Jaejoong doesn't know where Yunho's wish to cook for him came from, but he is thankful for it.
