Kim Jongin and Jung Soojung are best friends since they were little kids. Best friends forever as most people would say. But what if their friendship turns into a marriage? Can best friends through the marriage life smoothly?

“Ya! Are you crazy, Jongin? No, it’s freaking NO!” Soojung hisses, still with her decisions. Jongin’s offer to get married with her is just so crazy. Why would she get married with her own best friend? It’s a bad idea!

“Soojung-ah, please…..” Jongin begs her with his puppy eyes. He has been begging her for almost fifth times now. However, the girl in front of him seems not fall with it when she still with her decisions to not get married with him.

“I would rather get married with you than I get married with a stranger that my omma chose for me. I need your help, Soojung. Please…..” There is a loud sigh that escapes from his mouth. Jongin’s mother, Mrs Kim has been forcing him to get married with her friend’s daughter if he doesn’t want to get married now or bring any girl to the Kim mansion and introduce her as his future wife. “Let’s get married!” Jongin desperately offers and now he already grabs one of her hands.

“Ya!” Soojung quickly smacks him on the head. “Do you think marriage is a game? No, I won’t get married with you!” She crosses her arms furiously. She doesn’t like when her best friend seems to make her the victim of his own problem.

“You’re the one who can help me! I don’t want my life is trapped with a marriage. I'm not willing to hold the responsibilities of being a husband yet and this makes me think that other woman cannot understand me other than you, Soojung. Please, I’m begging you!”

“You don’t want your life is being trapped with a marriage? You’re not willing to hold the responsibilities of being a husband yet? Then what about me?” Soojung starts to piss off. Her gaze at him starts to change due to how angry she is to him now. “If we get married then you’re not doing your responsibilities as my husband? What about me, Jongin? Am I your victim?”

“Babe, okay I’m sorry. I didn’t mean that.” Jongin sighs, scratching the back of his head. “Just get married with me, okay? I don’t want to get married with a stranger.” He pleads, hoping that his best friend will help him.

“Why don’t you just bring one of your girlfriends to your omma? It’s easy! Just get married with one of them!” Soojung says sarcastically. Her best friend is a player. Yes, Kim Jongin is a player! He has so many girlfriends but why would he offer her to get married with him? Why her?

“I will do it a long time ago if I have found the perfect one. But all of them do not meet my requirement to become my wife, Soojung…” Jongin reasons out with a loud sigh that Soojung could hear it clearly.

“So are you saying that I meet your requirement?” Soojung asks that good enough to make the guy in front of her suddenly in silence.

Jongin takes a deep breath before he speaks. “Okay like this. We get married and after we get married, we let the fate decides all for us. We live like normal people, just like before.” He suggests, staring directly into her beautiful eyes. “But, you know what babe, I really can’t live without you. You are important in my life. You’re the one who can understand me. I always want you to be by my side.” He tells her sincerely.

Her heart starts to beat rapidly as Jongin said it. His honest words somehow make her to form a small smile at the corner of her lips. “Tsk! So cheesy!” Soojung gently pinches her best friend’s cheek. “Okay, I will help you.” She finally decides with a smile.

“Omona! Really? So we will get married?” Jongin’s eyes start to widen. After he saw that Soojung lightly nods her head, he quickly gives the girl a tight hug. “Thank you! You’re my truest friend!” He whispers at her ear before he releases the hug.

“But promise me one thing.” Soojung quickly adds. “Promise me that you will not touch me. You know what I mean, right?” Her cheeks start to turn into pink, embarrassed.

Jongin smirks and raises one of his eyebrows. “Let’s see then.” He replies in a playful tone but soon receives a light slap on his right arm that he yelps in pain. “Ouch!”

“ert!” Soojung sticks her tongue out at him before she leaves him to his car from the park.

“Ya! Soojung-ah! Wait for me!” Jongin chases after her as the skies start to form rain.

Kim Jongin- he makes the marriage as the savior of himself. Rather than get married with a stranger that his mother chose for him and causes his social life to be limited, he is more willing to marry his own best friend because she knows him well. He knows that Soojung will not control his social life even though they get married soon. Jung Soojung is the only one who can understand him.

Jung Soojung- she is trapped with her best friend’s persuasion. She finally agrees to get married with him. But will she be able to sacrifice her life and her future for her best friend with the marriage that only based on friendship? The only thing she knows is that she is willing to because she does this for Kim Jongin, her best friend that always by her side.
