This was the second single released by a 2NE1 member during their hatius. It was also the most successful.

A sung purely speaking of the truest of friendship, love, and trust, it was an instant success among fans and non-fans alike. Upon its release, this single of heart-warming romance topped the Gaon chart, the national music chart of Korea, it also brought home the Cyworld song of the month for November of 2009. To this date it has proved to be Park Bom's most successful single. 

"You and I" won "Best Digital Single" on the Mnet Asian Music Awards in 2010.

Park Bom's single "You and I" is the most downloaded single in YG entertainment history for a solo female artist, with 4,483,364 digital Ga-On sales! Making it one of the best-selling singles in Korea of all time!

Author-nim I just want to help you correct something... it's about Dara's short Introduction/facts it is written there "Pambansang, Krung-Krung ng Pilapinas" it should be written like this--> 'Pambansang Krung-krung ng Pilipinas' it is written without comma (,) and It's 'Philippines' not "Phillopines" and it should be 'Filipino' not "Phillipino".....anyways I'll look forward to your updates Author-niiiiim!~~ Fighting! ^^v
