It took me a long time before I decided to upload this story. Back in July 2011 this story started to form in my head and on paper... I only had some scenes, not a whole story. But now I think I've got the courage to post it online. Please support me to write the whole story, it's going to be a long one...

Prologue
“She can never know who her parents are, this way we can always keep her”
“But what do we tell her?”
“We tell her that her mother died when she gave birth to her and her father was killed by her grandfather, because he didn’t approve of her parents being together. We tell her she can’t go outside for her own sake, because her grandfather will kill her if she does. Not only her grandfather, but her whole family. This way she won’t ask about her family, because she will be frightened”
“But she will find out, we don’t have any pictures of her mother”
“We will give her the pictures of Jin Ae, from when she was younger, she’ll believe it. We’ll create memories for her to hold on to, this way she will never leave”
“How do we keep her inside?”
“We will move to the old monastery, there we can secure everything. You have to promise, Na Young, that you’ll never tell her the truth”
“But…”
“Promise!”
“I-I… promise”
