"If I do have a secret, shall I divulge it to you?"

"No. If you divulge it, it ceases to be a secret."

This diary of secrets is very precious, you. I'm showing it to you... but you must promise me that you won't show it to anyone else.
I know it ceases to be a secret diary... nevertheless, I'm trusting you on this one. These people trust me with their lives. And they can never know I've shown it to you. Never.

The persons featured in this diary all have something they don't want to tell. So they came to me. Borrowed my diary. Poured their secrets into it. Trusted me to keep it confidential. But it's important that you read this. So that you know that you aren't the only one that has gone through what they have.
