Jay always thought that it is ok living alone, it's ok for not to have fun, se thinks that se doesn't need anyone that'll make her happy. Some says that she's an emo and some says that she's an introvert. Wel maybe that's the way the world sees her but for Jay she's just being herself. She's not that distant before but after "that day" everything changes, she tried to hide and run away from it but Ray seems like to know her more than herself which she hates the most.
