Hana
Affection for the PureFemale wolves who bore the signs of being alphas had little need to fall pregnant and raise cubs of his own. Hana was an exception for that rule: even at a young age, she more than adored playing with younglings. Still, she excelled at hunting and such, no one could even think about her not being what she had been dubbed: a leader.
So, when the time for her to leave the pack came - as she didn't find her mate along her packmates - her heart felt heavy, but was being driven by pure excitement. Soon, she was going to have the chance to have her own family.
But before that, she had to find her mate.
A few weeks passed; she ran through many forests and various territories of people her kind, but none that she met seemed to lighten up a fire in her.
Not until she met him at least.
He was an alpha: tall, bulky and loud with a menacing growl and eyes as red as blood. His hair was black and skin was tanned, his voice was like sweet, sweet honey.
Hana almost fell when their paths finally collided, albeit not from shock but sheer exhaustion. She looked up at him, cowering a little to show her submission.
"Let's go home." were his only words before he the female's neck lightly, nudging her towards the direction of his...now, their pack.

Many seasons passed but they were never blessed by the gift of having pups, no matter how hard they tried. Hana
