"we're over, seung hyun." she said as she put the ring that i gave her on my palm. "it's not working out."
i just closed my hand and felt the cold metal on my hand then the tears on my face.
"why?" i whispered, looking intently on her eyes. i couldn't read any emotion in it.
she just smiled and shook her head, "it's not you, it's me." she answered then turned to walk away from me. "goodbye, t.o.p. please be well." she whispered.
i just sat there, still dazed on what just happened.
"what did i do? or maybe. . . what didn't i do?" i muttered.
i couldn't think of anything.
i was my best self with her. i gave her the time that i really didn't have.
"why. . . lyka. . .?" and again the tears fell from my eyes.
