Slowly taking advantage of the empty roads this early in the morning the car entered Seoul and headed toward the courthouse to meet junki and the lawyers to discuss some final things and information but the second the car stopped in the parking lot and the three men walked out of it yunho looked to see not his lawyers but a couple of arrogant evil people looking at him with a death wish in their eyes wanting him to just drop dead right there at the spot

Looking at the couple looking at him with all that hatred yunho smirked at them seeing them frown at him made him smirk wider as he turned to look at Yoochun and kibum

'Let's go in'

Walking together the three men entered the court house and went to the waiting room to meat junki, rain and Jong kook, they sat down together and started going through all the papers and the evidences they had and again junki assured yunho again and again as they saw Jae's parents sit down with their own lawyer and talk to him and by the look on their faces they seemed so worried

Finally as the time came junki led everyone into the courtroom and they took their places, yunho sat beside his three lawyers and Yoochun and kibum sat behind him at the banks beside the old nanny and the detective who came to testify with them as Jae's parents did the same and sat down with their lawyer but the banks behind them were all empty

A few minutes later the door at the other side of the room opened and an old man wearing black robes walked in and at once everyone stood up in respect waiting for him until he climbed up to his seat and sat down and then they sat down as the court officially started

At once junki stood up holding a few papers in his hand and bowed a little to the judge before he started talking to the judge reading from the papers in his hands and the judge just listened to him and nodded a few times until he finished and then Jong kook stood up and started to talk again and then rain stood up and talked all looking super handsome and confident as they spoke and handed the judge some documents

Jaejoong rubbed his eyes a little and shifted a little in bed; he twitched a little and sifted in his sleep to find the empty bed next to him so sitting straight up he pouted a little as he slowly opened his eyes and looked around, yunho was nowhere in sight in the room so he stood up and felt the little pain in his waist and blushed a little remembering how wild was yunho last night but still he stood up and zoomed into the bathroom thinking that yunho may be taking a shower in there but no he was not so he zoomed downstairs and searched the place and the garden but did not find him so feeling afraid now he zoomed back to their bedroom and opened the closet and searched, a hot tear trailed down his face when he realized that the formal suit he picked for yunho to wear for the court is not there, quickly jaejoong zoomed toward the guestroom where kimin were now living to find only changmin sleeping in the bed and kibum nowhere in sight too, they had left him here and went alone

Feeling hurt jaejoong just flew sadly and slowly to the living room and sat there crying softly and mumbling to himself:' yunie jerk…sob…lying to me…sob… went with kibum and Yoochun and no me… sob… hate him…I want go…sob…idiot yunie…sob…sob'

Jaejoong hugged his knees with his hands and sat there sobbing softly and blaming yunho for leaving him behind and going to court alone, jaejoong closed his eyes for a second thinking of something and reopened them again having this dangerous glitter in them meaning that he have some evil plan or something and truth enough jaejoong stood up and zoomed upstairs, he took a bottle of shampoo and a towel and wrote his name on them before he buried them in the garden and zoomed back to the bathroom and opened the water, closing his eyes he focused and the bottle of shampoo popped in front of him and he started to shower happily rubbing his skin clean and then he turned the water off and focused on the towel making it pop in front of him so drying his body and hair he got dressed nicely and styled his hair before he zoomed back into the living room and waving his hand he made the pen write a note for changmin telling him that he is going to the court and posted it on the fridge's door as he knew that changmin will go there first to have something to eat

Now standing in the kitchen jaejoong smiled and closed his eyes and started to focus on yunho, he looked into his heart and started to hear yunho's heart beats hiding slowly behind all the noise and the sound and slowly jaejoong started to run, he was not running out of the house or into another room no everything around him now was complete black and he was hearing noises all around him but there right at the end he could hear yunho's voice calling for him and closing his eyes not wanting to be distracted by all the noises jaejoong ran and ran toward the sound, he just wanted to go to yunho so led by his lover's voice jaejoong ran and ran for god knows how long until he felt a soft breeze on his cheek and opening his eyes he looked around, he was standing right in the middle of the courtroom facing yunho who was reading some documents and did not notice him

Not knowing if he should smile or frown jaejoong who was tired now from all the running zoomed toward yunho but seems like he was more tired than he thought because he could not reach yunho but fell down on the table in front of him panting

Yunho hearing some soft pants that he recognized so well looked up from his documents to see jaejoong sitting on the table in front of him and panting so now wide eyes in surprise he bit on his lips so he won't scream in shock as he looked at the panting jaejoong in front of him and hissed under his breath wanting to make sure no one will hear him:' Jae… what are you doing here?'

'YAH! HOW DARE YOU LEAVE ME AND GO?'

Yunho tried to act like nothing is happening and hear what the other lawyer is saying but that only made jaejoong angrier

'YAH HOW DARE YOU DO THIS TO ME?'

'Sshh' hissed yunho again

'DON'T YOU SSHH ME JUNG YUNHO!'

'Jaeboo, we are in court' tried yunho again as he held the documents up to cover his mouth

'I KNOW THAT! I'M NOT STUPID'

'I know that baby' yunho decided to try and calm Jae down a little

'THEN WHY DID YOU LIE TO ME? WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME ALONE IN THE HOUSE? WHY DID YOU GO WITHOUT ME WHEN THE COURT IS BECAUSE OF ME!! ?'

'I just wanted to…' yunho tried but that second something happened that made him quite down and look at the detective who was sitting in the witness chair and jaejoong's mother who stood up and started yelling at him and telling him that he is a liar forcing the judge to call for the police guards standing at the door to take her out until she calms down

'YAH ANSWER ME JUNG YUNHO!!'

Yunho startled by the yell looked back at the angry jaejoong in front of him who was sitting on the table and yelling angrily at him

'Jaeboo I did not want to…

'DID NOT WANT TO WHAT? DID NOT WANT TO TAKE ME WITH YOU? DID NOT WANT ME TO COME WITH YOU? OR MAYBE YOU ARE HIDING SOMETHING FROM ME! MAYBE YO UARE GOING TO MEET SOMEONE AFTER THE COURT'

'What? Boo I…'

'TELL ME NOW! WHO ARE YOU GOING TO MEET AFTER COURT? YOUR LOVER? HUH? ARE YO UCHEATING ON ME JUNG YUNHO? HUH? ARE YOU TIRED OF ME ALREADY?'

Tears formed in jaejoong's eyes as he looked at yunho and cried softly. Unable to take his lover's crying face yunho smiled softly at jaejoong and whispered:' I love you and only you my stupid ghost you know that I just did not want you to face your parents and hear all the lies and the bad stuff they will say about you'

Wiping his tears away jaejoong kneeled on the table so his eyes met yunho's and with a soft hopping and more like pleading voice he asked:' really yunie?'

Yunho smiled at his lover and nodded his head softly to see the soft smile at his lover's angelic face

'I will be fine as long as you are here with me' blushed jaejoong and looked down as he said those words making yunho grin widely and pat his lap and without any second thoughts jaejoong jumped on/into yunho's lap and sat there comfortably as he smuggled into his lover's chest ad looked at his parents sitting there but now the banks behind them were not empty anymore as a young boy sat there with a mid aged lady looking around with great interest while his mother looked at the boy every few seconds and smiled at him, smiles that she never showed him but now he was not this hurt, not that he was sitting in yunho's arms, not that he knew that he have a lover and friends that cares for him and loves him, this simple fact worked like a shield charm around him protecting him from any pain or sorrow he would usually feel when he see his parents with their new and only son

'Got any more witnesses?' the judge looked at yunho's side and asked

'Yes your honor, we have one, her name is written in the list I gave you by the start of this hearing, she was the old nanny who raised Kim jaejoong up and she lived there long before he was even born' junki stood up and bowed a little

'Very well then, we will take a one hour break before we carry on and then we will hear her testimony' the judge announced and stood up and at once everyone stood up too and bowed a little as he walked out of the room

'We did an excellent job, after the break the nanny will testify and we will win for sure' junki smiled at yunho and rain and Jong kook only nodded their agreement

'Thank you guys' smiled yunho and bowed a little at them

'Hyungs let's go have some breakfast' smiled kibum and Yoochun chuckled

'What?' asked kibum blinking

'Spending all this time with changmin turned you into food monster too huh?'

'Why you!' and with that Yoochun ran away with kibum chasing after him leaving the rest to laugh loudly at them
