first of all, i want to say that what i write into this box can be considered constructive criticism and tips for every participant to improve their singing/rapping because that is what we want. getting the best out of everyone. isn't that what you want to? i know, most entertainments like to praise their singers but we actually want to point out your little errors and tell you how to make you sound better in your next collab. for our last collab, there was only one single person out of seven participants actually commenting on the outcome of the collab. all i want for you girls, especially those involved in the respective collab is, to comment down below that you've read my comments, so i can be sure that you know what to work on next time. is that too much to ask for? i don't need each of you to write ten paragraphs about each of the participants, i just need to be sure you know where your mistakes were, how to avoid these and it also is somehow an acknowledgement of the mixer's work. 

 

lune : this is your first collab on our channel, right? first of all, i chose you because you have a very jazzy and laid-back feel to your voice which actually could have fitted d.o more but i gave you baek. i really liked how you sang the first verse! at the adlib parts, i wish you could've put in more power because you tend to sound a bit thin if you reach those high baek notes, but you still were able to reach them nevertheless. however, there is one thing i need to criticize which is the way you time your parts. it was all over the place, i actually had to re-time all of your parts. to you listen to the actual song when you record? because that might help, else you just have to re-edit your parts afterwards. it was a lot of work for me to do and especially if there are 4+ files, it takes up even more time. so please try and time your parts better next time, okay? other than that, good job!

 

mareena : i really like your cute-ish voice! your voice contrasts really well next to lyn and lune's, just like chen. i was extremely impressed by the high harms you did, they were awesome! maybe put in a little more power when you sing the adlibs, or, for example, the 'ah yeah' part. nevertheless, i bet you suit cute songs really well (for example hi~) and i will definitely looking forward to hear more from you! < 3

lyn : you were my personal favorite in this collab! i really really love the mature tone of your voice and how you really shone during the bridge. your harmonies were all heavenly and definitely on point as well. thanks for doing all the wonderful harmonies, your range is amazing! just one thing, some of your parts had some timing problems, which i fixed. i actually don't know what else to say other than that i really hope you will join our collabs again. thank you so much for joining, lyn! :)

hime : i have to say that i definitely made the right choice regarding suho because you are probably the perfect suho. your voice matches perfectly and you did an awesome job hitting the low note at the very beginning. i think you had a little pronunciation problems during the second verse? anyway, i really liked the 'ow!' you did, it sounded super cute, aha. other than that, i have nothing else to say. keep up the good work, hime! 

victoria : thank your for recording over and over again, i'm really proud that you managed it! thanks for being such a fast replacement and working so hard! :) maybe you could put in a little more power next time you sing but i understand that it was late when you recorded, so no worries about that :) thank you for being so quick and bearing with my constant question to rerecord again, hehe. < 3

dicreare : thanks a lot for sending your parts quickly! let me say that i loved your files because they didn't even need timing, lol. okay, on to the real stuff: you have a quite cute voice that fits lay very well in my opinion. i needed to re-time one part, however, the rest was perfectly fine! i think you were sliiightly struggling with the low-high transition at the "love me right" parts. just remember not to tense up your throat or your body in general. maybe try out some falsetto next time? i think you did a great job and i hope you will apply for our upcoming projects as well!

nara : i didn't have to time your parts either which makes me happy, haha. i noticed that your voice sounded quite raw (?), so i also suggest you to warm up your voice thoroughly before you sing ( video! ). also, try to put in a bit more emotion next time? a simple smile usually helps me to sound more happy when singing! nevertheless, you did a great job as kai, especially when hitting those low notes!

jazz : you definitely should rap more, jazz! i really like your rapping and i think you fit sehun very well. however, there is one thing i need to say is that you definitely need to work on timing your parts. it wasn't very noticable at first but when i put the chorus parts together, i noticed that yours didn't really match with the others. i like your sass as sehun no matter what and your sehun-english is perfectly done, so good job! :)
