Young teens who never thought they'd meet each other nor ever cross each other's path end up actually bumping into each other. 
A paraplegic diagnosed with leukemia, Cancer patient, Sycophantic and others. Each of these young adults where going through some thing not a normal teen goes through. Spending their young lives in the Hospital. Not being able to live the wild partying teen life they hear about. These teens will end up becoming a big part of each others life. At first they seem different but along the ride they're carpooling in they realize they're some slightly, maybe just alike.
