Jiyong enters his office with a tired face. Yeah, it’s a long day. His profession as a high-rank officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs makes him so busy. Today, he had met four groups from four different countries, discussing about their countries political diplomacy. He loves his job. But sometimes, he it makes him stressed too.

He looks at his agenda his secretary gave him just now. His schedule is packed for the next two weeks. But before that, he has three days to be free. And his mind is automatically goes straight to Chaerin and Haru

He smiles brightly. Just thinking that he will meet them is enough to erase all his stress. He picks up the phone on his desk and calls his secretary

“Sena, tell the valet to prepare my car” he said in a happy vibe

“Do you need driver, Sir?” she asks

“No. I’ll drive myself” he answers

“Wait a moment, Sir” she said and makes another call. Less than a minute, she’s back to Jiyong

“Your car is ready, Sir” she informed

“All right, thanks Sena” he said and hung up, grabs his things and leaves his office immediately. He takes his phone and types something while waiting for the elevator

To: My Hunchae => Baby, I’m on my way. I’ll be home tonight

The elevator door is opened and he comes in, greeting view people inside. Then he feels his phone is vibrates

From : My Hunchae => We’ll be waiting for you, Oppa. What do you want for dinner?

He smiles then reply it immediately

To : My Hunchae => You

And soon, he got his reply

From : My Hunchae => ert!

He is about to laugh. Fortunately, he still remembers that he’s not alone now. Then the elevator is opened, and he walks through the lobby

“Mr. Kwon, your car is ready” the receptionist informed him

“Oh, thank you” he says and walks to his car while typing the reply

To  : My Hunchae => tell Haru, Appa will be home tonight

Then he enters his car

From : My Hunchae => I did. And guess, your daughter is squealing and jumping like crazy now

He chuckles. Imagining Haru’s cute action

To : My Hunchae => If I’m not driving, I’ll jump and squeal too

He put his seat belt on and his phone is vibrate again

From : My Hunchae => Then, drive safely, Oppa… we’ll be waiting for you at  home…

With that, his smile spreads widely and he turns on the engine, drive to meet the loves of his life

He turns the radio on and it’s playing an old song, Now and forever by Brian Adams. He smiles as listening to the song, their song

This is the first song he ever sung to Chaerin on their first date. He smiles like a fool as the old memories invades his mind. The beginning of their complicated love life….

Flashback

5 years ago

A 22 years old student named Kwon Jiyong got his 1 month holidays after finished his exam. He decided to spend his holidays at his boarding house. Yes, he rent his own small apartment near his collage since his second term even though his house is only view minutes away from his collage. He got stressed with his parents who are always arranging his life from every aspect. He is tired. Being the only Son of a Prime Minister is not as fun as people think

And now, he just finished his last term of his university, majoring in Communication. He got a month of holidays before his graduation day.

Today, he decided to hang out in a fast food restaurant with his junior, the 3^th year student, Kang Daesung

“Where is this idiot?!” Jiyong grumbles while waiting for Daesung. He is late by 30 minutes. Jiyong already finished his 2^nd cup of Orange juice. “Haish!!! I don’t care. I’ll go first!” He sighs and stands up abruptly, didn’t realize that a waitress with a tray full of ordered meal is passing near him, and he bumps her, causing her to lose her balance and her tray fell to his table

“Yah! What you’ve done?! My books!!!” Jiyong shouts as he looks at his now-wet books

“Omo! I-I’m so sorry…” the girl bows and tries to dry the books

“Aisshhhh….” Jiyong grumbles again and picks his books. “Look what you’ve done” he complains. To his surprise, the waitress turns her head and glares at him. Her cute small feline eyes darted on his sharply. “W-what?” he startled

“It’s not entirely my fault! You are the one who didn’t pay attention and bumped me. And now you blame me for this?”she complains back. Jiyong is surprised by her brave actions. And somehow…, those eyes make his heart flutter…

“Oh…, uhm.., r-rite. I’m sorry…” those words just slipped from his stiffen tongue.

What the hell, Kwon Jiyong??????

He can’t keep his eyes from hers. It’s like a magnet for him

“Excuse me?” Chaerin frowns, confused by his suddenly changed reaction

“You’re right. It was my fault. I’m sorry and I’ll pay for this” Jiyong said as he Ipicks an amount of money to pay the wasted food

“T-thank you…” Chaerin is still in her confuse state. She just takes the money and continuing to clean the mess while Jiyong helps her. The two fall in silence and awkward moment until Daesung comes

“Hyung…, I’m sorry. I was…. Chaerin?”Daesung half shouts when he saw Chaerin with Jiyong cleaning the table

“Dae Oppa?”

“Yah!You idiot!”Chaerin and Jiyong said in unison, then look at each other

“What’s happening here?” Daesung frowns

“You know each other?” Jiyong asks to Chae and Daesung

“Yeah, she is my little sister” Daesung answers, makes Jiyong widen his eyes

“I’m sorry, I have to back to work” Chaerin says awkwardly and leave the two men

“As I know, you only have a Noona?” Jiyong raises his eyebrow

“Hyung, I told you she is my sister. Not my sibling” Daesung make a face, earning a smack on his head. “Ouch! Hyung, that’s hurt”

“Come here, there are a lot of things I wanna ask to you” Jiyong grabs him to sit on the corner seat of the restaurant

“Don’t tell me you like her” Daesung guess from Jiyong’s expression, earning another glare

“How come you know her?” Jiyong asks seriously

“She was living in the same orphanage with Minji”

“Orphanage? She is an orphan?” Jiyong asks in surprised tone

“Yeah, wae?”

“No…, I just… I thought I’ve met her somewhere….” Jiyong tries to remember “Is she one of our university’s students? I thought I’ve met her in laboratory once, Japanese Language exam!”

“Ooh, yeah. She is first year student, majoring communication too. She is fluent in Japanese, English and France. And she holds full scholarship” Daesung explains, makes Jiyong drops his jaw

Then Daesung tells Jiyong about all he knows about Lee Chaerin. And with that, somehow Jiyong feels more and more attracted to her. Well, the fact that she is the first woman who were glaring at him that way is really interesting for him

He is Kwon Jiyong, the only son of South Korea’s Prime Minister, Kwon Sanghee. People are usually treating him well. And girls? You can say that thousand girls are dying to get his attention. Even without the ‘Kwon’ attached on his name, Jiyong is more than so called handsome to get girl’s eyes on him.

But, again… he is the one and only Kwon Jiyong. he loves his books more than girls. He’s rather spend his weekend to read every page of his books collection than clubbing like another rich boys.

And this is for the first time of 22 years of his life, his heart is flutter over a girl. A girl who has strong yet angelic eyes, Lee Chaerin

“I Love smart girl more” Jiyong smiles to Daesung after he gave him Chaerin’s phone number

Jiyong is smiling endlessly like a fool while keep driving his car. The memory of their first meeting was so important to him. Jiyong remembers every detail of it, and everything after that.

Yeah, that night, he encouraged himself to visited Chaerin’s boarding house. She was living with Minji, a high-school girl and Daesung’s girlfriend. And again, Chaerin surprised him by acting cool. She didn’t scream or blushed like the girls he used to met

Then he realized, Chaerin didn’t know that he is the ‘crown prince’. Even more, when he asked her what was her opinion about Prime minister’s son, Chaerin just rolled her eyes and told him that she didn’t like those kind of boy. Boys who were only knew how to use their parent’s name for their sake and relaying their life on their parent’s power.

“I don’t like that kind of brat”her statement that time makes him chuckles

But that was just added the oil to the fire. This is the first time for him, there’s a girl treated him as HIM, not the ‘KWON’

He did his best to get Chaerin’s attention. Visited her every day, pick her up from work, texting and calling her regularly…, but she kept ignore him and thought that he just wanted to play around with her. But Chaerin felt his sincerity, and slowly open herself for him

And after three weeks, Chaerin finally accepted his offer to go with him.

Jiyong looks at his watch, while keep driving. Just less than 30 minutes, he will meet them, his beloved girlfriend and daughter.

Then his mind is flying back to their first date, their first kiss…

He couldn’t believe that he was the first man who kissed her. but her awkward yet innocent kiss that time told him everything.

One thing led to another… started with a kiss.., the two lovers just couldn’t get enough on each other. And it led them to their first intimate moment…, the beginning of their love story, just three days before Jiyong’s graduation day. And for the last 2 days after that.., they just did the same…

Jiyong turns his stir wheel to the right, entering an apartment building. He parks his car and half-run to the elevator goes straight to Chaerin’s unit. He presses the code impatiently. And when the door is opened…..

“Appa!!!!!!” little Haru squeals and runs into his direction, jumping into his arms. “Appa…, I miss you…” she hugs her father tightly. Jiyong automatically hugs her back. He kisses Haru’s chubby cheeks repeatedly, showing how much he’s missing him

“Appa misses you too, princess….” He keeps kissing his daughter then swings her. Chaerin just standing silently, leaning on the living room entrance

She is smiling looking at her daughter and her father being together. Her heart feels so warm, witnessing how the father and daughter pouring their loves to each other. It’s rarely happen though, so she just let the two enjoying their togetherness without interrupting, until Jiyong realizes she is standing there

“Don’t you miss me too, Hunchae?” he asks, smiling blissfully. He extends his right hands to her while still holding Haru with the other hands. Then Chaerin walks towards him, reaches his hand and let him pulls her into his embrace

“Of course I miss you, Oppa…, a lot” Chae smiles to him, makes him smiles wider. Their eyes are locked on each other

“Show me then….” He smiles back. And Chaerin seals his lips with a sweet kiss, proving him how much she miss him. And Jiyong just the same, deepen the kiss like there’s no tomorrow, forgetting the fact that their four years old daughter is still in his arm, watching her parents weirdly

“Omma, Appa, what are you doing?” Haru tilts her head, asks innocently, snaps her parents back from heaven

Jiyong and Chaerin open their eyes abruptly and break their passionate kiss

“It was.., uhm….” Jiyong lost his words, doesn’t know what to say while Chaerin fall silence too

“Why did Appa and Omma bite each other?”Haru keeps asking, making her parents flustered more

“Uhm.., Haru baby…, how’s your school day? You told Appa yesterday that you have a lot of thing to be shared with Appa, right?”Jiyong tries to distract her curious daughter, followed by Chaerin’s nod in agreement

“Oh, yes, Appa!!! C’mon! I’ll show you my paintings! And my mew trophy too!”Haru slips from her Appa’s arms and drags him to her room. Jiyong looks at Chaerin, smiles in relief

“It’s Appa’s time. We’ll continue later” he winks and follows his daughter. Chaerin is chuckling. How she wishes everyday would be like this…

Haru is now sleeping peacefully in her bed. Jiyong gets up from her bed, put the story book he used to read to his daughter on the side table. He bends down and kisses Haru’s forehead softly.

“Have a sweet dream, my baby….” he whispers to the sleeping Haru. Chaerin who was watching them before steps closer, gives the same soft kiss to her beloved daughter and says her love words

Then the two leave Haru’s room, heading to their own room. Jiyong closed the door behind them and pulls Chaerin into a hot passionate kiss. Chaerin replies him immediately, as the two just missing each other so bad. Two months was such a long time for being separated to each other

Jiyong lifts Chaerin’s body, still kissing her, and laid her on their bed. He’s hovering on top of her, kissing every inch of her face, neck, and shoulders

“I really miss you, Hunchae…” he hums on Chaerin’s neck, then at her pulse softly, making her moans in pleasure

“I-I…, miss you too…, op-pa...” Chaerin says hardly as Jiyong starts to undress and touching her body. And the rest of the night…, is belongs to the two of them
