Foreword
"I thought I'd never hear that name again. How ill-fated it is for us to meet," Roy told me with grave eyes.
His expression changed, giving me chills.
"Help me." I managed to keep myself in a whisper, swallowing in my cry.
I reached for his arm as if it were the rope that can pull me back to life.
He stood before I was able to take hold of it.
"I already had my time down there." he put his hands in his pockets, looking over at the grass.
"There's no way on earth that will make me go back."
I choked, already losing hope.
"But I was able to escape from it. So it's possible for you too." he began to walk.
He stopped and turned back to me,
"Miyeon-ah."
"I'll keep an eye on you."

~Hello! This is my very first fanfic that is not a fluffy, rom-com. I haven't read many that are not either.
-I'm not the kind of person that swears, but I think the words can express the characters and their emotions better in their dialogue, so I'll be censoring some of the words that characters say...I hope it doesn't bother you :)
-I wrote this story before I was a fan of JJY, but listening to Roy Kim's and his cover of "Creep" by Radiohead on Super Star K4 inspired me to type this story with them as characters~
-Besides having music inspirations for this fanfic, this story was completely from a thought that I had and it is original. Please don't copy! I went through the JJY tag on AFF after typing this chapter, and there is another story of the same title, though our plots are different.
