“Yoona, wait for me.” Yoochun wheezed heavily but he still kept running, trying to catch up with Yoona.

“You are a terrible runner, Yoochun Oppa. Come on, run faster. You don’t want people to start saying you can’t even chase a girl, do you?” Yoona looked back at him, laughing & stuck her tongue out.

Yoochun gritted through his teeth, so heated up hearing her taunt. He mustered as much energy as he could & started running. Eight meters, five meters, three meters to go. Yoochun suddenly collapsed & sprawled on the ground, not moving, “Oppa!” Screaming, Yoona ran back & kneeled on his side, weeping as she shook Yoochun’s arm, “Please wake up?! I didn’t mean what I said! Don’t scare me like this!” Yoona wailed. Yoochun was still not moving, lying on the ground without breathing. Even tickling his waist didn’t help. He lay there, as still as a slab of wood. By then, Yoona was hysterical, “Oppa, I will not tease or taunt you anymore. Please wake up? I will give you anything you want.” A second later, his brown, almond-shaped eyes slowly opened, “Oppa!” Yoona shouted in joy, & hugged him close.

“You...You will do anything?” Hearing his weak voice, Yoona nodded vehemently & wiped her tears away, “Anything. As long as you will get better.” She raised her hand & said solemnly, “I, Im Yoona, swear that I will do everything Park Yoochun wants, as long as he gets better. If I break my words, let heaven make my life sad, takes away all the ice cream in the world & fill my face with pimples.”

Yoochun took Yoona’s hand arduously, “Promise me that you will always be by my side? That you will never leave me?” He asked hoarsely.

“I will never leave you & I will always be by your side.” Yoona said firmly.

“& you will marry me when we grow up?” Yoochun asked.

“Whatever you want.” Yoona replied sincerely.

Too happy beyond words, Yoona forgot about his show & let out a shout. He leaped onto his feet & started to boogie. He didn’t even notice the fiery brown, almond-shaped eyes, looking suspiciously at him. Only when he heard a deep growl did he snapped back & felt the blood drained from his head. He turned to face Yoona. Her eyes were narrowed in anger, her small, thin glossy pinkish lips pouted in irritation & her rectangular shaped face was tomato red. She stomped her feet once & then ran away & so it began again. The scene of a eight year old boy chasing a five year old girl, asking her to wait for him.
