To Keep in Mind:

1. Please be respectful and courteous to all participants in this contest. There will be zero tolerance towards writers and/or readers bashing other people’s work.

2. Subscribe. Not a necessary requirement and you may unsubscribe at any moment. But during the course of the contest, we (the judges) will be updating regularly with information regarding deadlines, winners, and any other news that may be of importance to the participants (ie. random giveaway, additional prizes). It is not our responsibility to individually message all participants and remind them of deadlines (we don’t really have time for that) so if you choose to participate as a contestant it would be a good idea to subscribe just to stay on top of things.

3. Any and all kpop fandoms are welcome.

4. Please submit your stories on time. Unless an extension is explicitly stated by one of the judges, your entry will not count if it is late. (Note: we are pretty lenient towards giving extensions as we understand that life sometimes gets in the way of things. If an extension is necessary, please pm one of the judges and tell us about your circumstance(s) and we will most likely grant you some extra time)

5. /slash and are allowed (no yuri, sorry!). However, stories that are pure (aka PWP: without plot) are not allowed. If you choose to include rated scenes in your story please mark the chapters appropriately so the judges will have a basic understanding of what to expect.

6. WORD LIMIT: there is no specific word limit but we would like to keep the stories’ lengths at a maximum of five chapters. You can even submit a drabble. Oneshots, twoshots, threeshots, and short stories are generally what we are expecting. If you choose to write a chaptered story, please make sure to finish it on time.

7. PLEASE LINK THIS CONTEST IN YOUR STORY’S FOREWORD OR DESCRIPTION. This is to raise general awareness of the contest and encourage more people to join! ^^

8. As of right now, this is a writing contest intended for the summer. However, we may or may not extend this so that it will contain more than one round, meaning that there may be more than one winner
