We had an extra room that we rarely use since Dad abandoned us years ago. There was 2 king sized beds and a sofa at the side, along with a study desk and shelves. It used to be where me, Daniel, Ryyan, mum and dad slept in during heavy rainstorms. Dad made the room that way just because when we were little we really were terrified by the thunders. It was turned into a guest room whenever someone close to the family are staying over since we aren’t using it as much anymore.

Mum wanted them to use the room instead of letting them sleep in the spacious living room. We excused ourselves to go shopping for new bedsheets and groceries for dinner.

Mum grabbed her car keys and wallet while I went ahead to take my phone and wallet with me. I guess they would be fine playing video games with my brothers.

We’re almost done with tidying the room and they were lazing around downstairs. One last pat, and we’re..done!
