Chapter 5

Just another simple day at the Jung's household.

"Umma Appa can I go with Yul tonight? We're gonna watch a movie." Jessica asked while they're having lunch

"You spend a lot of time with Yul huh Sooyeon-ah?" Papa Jung looked at her

"Uhmm yeah Dad?" She answered

"Honey. Of course Jessica will spend time with Yul he's her boyfriend." Mama Jung laughed

"Well can I go Mom? Dad?"

"Why don't you bring your little sister with you?" Papa Jung suggested then looked at Soojung who's busy eating

"No. No!" Soojung answered while waving her spoon

"Wae?" Jessica was surprised

"Ani. Ani. I don't want to go Dad. I'll be at Jinri's later. We have a project to finish."

"Hmmm. Soojung's always with Jinri Dad! I think she's dating the guy." Jessica little sister

"Omo! Is that true Soojung-ah?" Mama Jung looked surprised

"Yah! Unnie! Don't tell lies. Umma!Appa! Me and Jinri are just friends!" Soojung defended

"There's nothing wrong if you're dating someone baby. As long as you tell us." Papa Jung said

"Ani. I'm not really dating." she shook her head

"Well if you found one. You tell us okay. Like your sister here." Papa Jung pointed at Jessica

"Yes Dad."

"Okay you two eat more. Jessica stop teasing your sister." Mama Jung put some more foods in their plates

"Neh."

"And Sooyeon be home at 8 okay?" Papa Jung said

"Awww thanks Dad!"

And the rest of the lunch went well.

"Mom! Dad! Unnie! I'll go ahead. I'll be home soon." Soojung shouted from the front door

"Take care sweetie! Do well okay."

Soojung went to Jinri's place. She was warmly greeted by Jinri's Mom and older brother. She's like a family to the Choi's.

"Jinri-ah! Soojung's here." Jinri's brother shouted "Come here ppali!"

"Oppa it's okay."

"Ani. Jinri's a bit slow."

"Soojung-ah! Hello." Jinri greeted her when he got down

"Okay. I'll leave you two now."

"Hmm yeah. So that I can be free for a few more days." She answered while looking at a few magazines in front of her

"Well. I kind of got really diligent last night so it's actually really close to finish." Jinri said sheepishly
