Forgive & Forget - Final

What Do I Mean to You Anymore?

~Jaejoong's POV~

If I find her in there, she's absolutely the most typical girl I've ever met. Sometimes I can say that I know her so well, that I can predict the combinations of fight moves that  she'll use in a sparring match.

I know her so well that I can remember her daily routine, I remember what's her favorite desserts and her pet peeves (although they are pretty hard to keep track of considering she has a new pet peeve growing almost every day). I also know where exactly to kiss her, and I remember the way her toes curl and they soft moans she emits when I find it. There are just somethings I can never forget about her.

I walk down the dark hallway and headed straight for the last door on the right. I lifted up my sleeve to reveal the matching tattoo we got on our wrists and door unlocked.

As expected, I see her sleeping soundly on the bed, curled up under the blankets. She must be really, really tired because knowing her, she would have pounced the moment she heard the door unlock. Well, if she's really that exhausted... I slowly creep onto the bed and rested next to her. Why she loves this room so much, I can never really understand. Maybe because we loved the thrill of running away & seeing each other with the risk of getting caught. Or maybe because it was my very first room. That's probably the reason why, because of me. Out of all the dusty rooms in this mansion, she just had to choose to this room because it reminded her of me. Even though she was running away from me. Huh, she was always so odd.

"Mmm... I hate you yeobo," I hear her mumble but she was still asleep. I grin, she must be killing me in her sleep. Wait a minute... she yawns loudly but then cuddles to her pillow like a kitten.

"I'm tired of fighting." I whisper in her ear and made myself comfortable underneat the blankets with her.

[Warning: Slightly romantic gushy scene ahead]

~3rd Person POV~

You wake up to the noise of a pan sizzling and the aroma of fresh eggs cooking, sunny-side up, just the way you like it. "Morning," Jaejoong smiles with a spatula in one hand and a frying pan in the other. He was shirtless but had an apron on and brought over a portable stove top into the bedroom.

"Morning," you stare at him oddly, but your eyes couldn't help but keep a lock on his muscular abs and well developed biceps. But suddenly you realize that you were back in the master bedroom and glared at him. "Jaejoong-ah!"

"What? I found you and you were so exhausted that you didn't even notice me carry you back to the bedroom!" He explains. "And if it isn't obvious already, I'm making breakfast."

"I'm mad at you!" You cross your arms, but smell that rich aroma of a hot fresh breakfast and your tummy starts to rumble. "You're going to have to do more than just make me my favorite breakfast to get me to forgive you."

"I know, I know. You're stubborn," he chuckles.

"I'm not stubborn. I'm being reasonable." Jaejoong smirks. He finishes cooking the eggs and sets it next to plate with fried rice and bacon already cooked. He wipes the sweat off his forehead as he walks towards you.

Jaejoong is gorgeous. People said he was too pretty to run a mafia. His pretty eyes sometimes ruined his intimidating profile. But his angel like looks came with a deadly personality. "______-ah, my yeobo." He sat himself on the bed in front of you and wrapped his arms around you, hugging you tightly. He pulled away and looked at your eyes intently. "Darling, I don't want to fight anymore. I want you to know that I'm sorry. Things get hectic and I keep forgetting my promises to you. I really don't mean to but I can't help it. But I need you so badly _____-ah. I need you to keep me grounded and to keep me sane. You're the only one that makes my heart beat. After all of these years, I still love you. I hope you still love me too."

"I never stopped loving you Jaejoong. You have to understand that I need you too. If I can choose you over the mafia, then why can't you do the same?" You ask him softly and he pauses for a moment.

"I'm sorry. I didn't know that you were feeling this way." He looks down and slips back on his wedding ring. He takes her hand and slips her wedding ring back on too. "I'll only have one wife and that's you, you know that right?"

"Maybe we were both just falling apart Jaejoong," you look down sadly at the huge diamond ring that had once made you feel so uplifted but nowadays, you felt like the oversized rock was weighing you down. "I don't want us to fall apart, Jaejoong."

"Do you think I want us to fall apart too?" He tilts his head to look at what you were staring down at and moved closer to you again. "If we were standing at the edge of the world and we had to choose whether to let one go to garuntee at least one of us surving or else we both die, what would we do?" Jaejoong asks her, referring to the old fable his birth mother told him about when he was young.

Slowly you looked at each other and you both knew the answer to his question. You inched closer and closer to him. Finally, your lips met again. His fingers cupped your chin and pressed his lips against yours. His soft lips moved and caressed yours sweetly. Your hands started to roam around him, feeling his tough muscles and traced some of his scars. "I would never let you go."

"I would never let you go either." He continued to kiss you passionately and you felt the same spark you felt when you first kissed each other. He loved you and you knew it. You hugged him tenderly, knowing he felt the spark ignite again too. You planted sweet kisses on his neck and felt his skin shiver at your touch. "I missed the way you kissed me like that," he groaned. "Let's skip breakfast," he mumbles.

His lips coaxed your lips to open just wide enough for him to let his tongue slip in. "Mmm," you softly moaned. This sort of reminded your of their first date. Their secret date of course, in an open field on unmarked territory. He claims that you were the first and only girl he's ever kissed. But by your judgement, he was wayy too good of a kisser to only having one girl to kiss.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door and Jaejoong grunted in frustration. He got up and opened the door, "Jaejoong-sshi--"  You recognized the voice to be Dong Juk, one of the head managers.

Jaejoong holds up his hand, "Whatever it is, handle it. Either you handle it or you die trying. I am busy today." He slams the door in his face. Jaejoong turns back to you in the bed and grins, "Shall we continue?"

You shake your head and crawl to the table he set up with your breakfast. He sat next to you as you started to chow down. His hands wrapped around you, making you feel comfortable and watched you eat your breakfast happily. Each time you took a bite, you would kiss him. You cut a piece of the egg and fed it to him. You took another bite and gave him another, but this time he wrapped his arm behind your neck and pulled your into a deeper kiss again. His hands started to make his way to you silk pajama shorts and played with the waist band. You put a deathly gripped on his hand, you tsked. "No, no, no. You don't deserve anything today." Jaejoong pouts in disappointment.

You continued to eat your breakfast while he planted kisses upon your neck and backbone. "I love you. I love you. I love you." He repeated and nuzzled you.

You grumbled in your head, "I'm not that easy." But you couldn't help but feel your skin melt at his touch again.

~Two Months Later~

"PREGNANT?" Her parents screamed through the phone.

"JAEJOONG-AH!" Her father, and basically Jaejoong's foster father, cursed a threat at him. Jaejoong winced at his scream and hid behind you even though though your parents were all the way on Japan. You had just called them after coming home from the doctor's office.

You patted his head and smiled. "Appa! Jaejoong-ah is my husband, are you ever going to get over it?!"

"Omma, appa, aren't you guys happy? You will be grandparents in 8 months!" Jaejoong tried to make the situation better. They heard thier father grunt and their mother cough, giving in to the thought about having a granddaughter or grandson.

"So you're one month already?" Their mother asks you.

"Yup!" You cheerfully said. Keeping the secret from your parents, you and Jaejoong actually took a week vacation to Paris to renew your vows. It felt your honeymoon again, but except this time you actually got pregnant.

"Well, I suppose we can make a stay in Korea to come take care of you ____-ah. And also see how things are going for the business right Jaejoong-ah?" You and Jaejoong's eyes widened when your parents started talking about maybe moving back in for a few months.

"Err, Omma, appa! We're fine here! We'll just call you again in six months when the baby arrives! Okay bye!"

"Wait a minute!" But before you two could hear another word, you two hung up the phone.

"Ooooh, I can't believe you just hung up on Omma!" Jaejoong .

"Well, if you want to continue living to see the birth of your child, you might want to do your best to make sure Appa doesn't move in here and annihialate you off the face of the Earth!" You giggle.

"Ahh, yes, that is very true. Smart move." He giggles too and kisses you on the cheek. "Eventually he'll come here, but when he does, please protect me yeobo?"

"Definitely Jaejoong-ah." You grin as you cupped his chin and pulled him into another passionate kiss. He smiles at your response and hugs you tenderly as you both laid down and smiled the day away.

--------------------------------------- Basically we all dream of that perfect fantasy, and that story of a forbidden love because of these unworlding circumstances. But when dreams finally do come true, it doesn't mean that life will be forever perfect. People drift apart, lovers stop being in love and eventually they become strangers again. But then it takes real love to make two people realize that they can never live without each other. They finally realize that the one they love means the world to them, but they'll only know how you feel unless you tell them. Just tell them, tell them what they mean to you. ======================================================================

THE END.

Yeah I'm sorry if it got sort of crappy after the first chapter! And i'm sorry if it was too gushy & romantic >3>

But I figured that I might as well finish what I started. I have a bad habit of not being able to finish stories, that was when I was on Winglin. I hope you guys understood the concept of this story. so please comment & subscribe & thank you for all the supporrt everyone!! :D
