Dara and her friend’s arrived safely in Korea. They went their separate ways and Dara headed straight to her unit. She placed her luggage by the living room and flopped down the couch.

Just then her phone rang.

“Oh?” Dara answered.

“Did you get your gift Noona?” the man from the other end asked.

Dara looked outside the window and smiled. “Neh. Gomawo.”

Silence enveloped them after. It seems they have really drifted apart and even as friends it has been awkward already.

Dara tried to remember how on earth did they went from being close to being so distant.

“Did you like it?”

Her eyes starts to get teary again and she felt a lump on .

“Hmmm.” She answers.

Silence. Again. Inside Dara wants to say something. She wants to see him. She wants to know how he is. But in reality she just have to watch from the back.

“Well go get some rest ok Noona? See you around.”

“Ok.” Dara answered.

“Good night Noona.”

“Jiyongie...” Dara hesitated.

“Neh?” Jiyong waited.

“Thank you. I love it.” Dara smiled as she ends the call and stared outside the window.
