RISE - A Taeyang Writing Contest

Hello! I'm hosting my first Taeyang-centric writing "party" purely for selfish reasons, lol! I need more Taeyang/Youngbae fics on AFF and I know there are other YB stans out there that are dying for more stories as well! We've waited four years for his new album and I'm hoping "RISE" will get some creative juices flowing! I know there are great authors on AFF that write about other idols/groups but I'm hoping someone will bless us with their talent and give our fandom a chance. Even if you're a SOLmate that hasn't written before, I hope you will join!

Must subscribe to enter competition. Deadline is December 31, 2014. Only completed stories entered will qualify. You may set your story to subscribe-only or whatever settings you want, but the story must be available for everyone to read by end of competition - at least until the judging process is over.

Story can be one-shot or multi-chaptered fic but must have Taeyang/Youngbae as your main character. Must be created in 2014 - original and completely yours. Plagiarism will get you immediately disqualified and reported. Please do not recycle your old stories and plop YB in there. Fics will be "graded". See Rubric for more details.

Must include at least one prompt. You can write about any genre but any extreme violence or trigger/sensitive subjects will be frowned upon. This includes genderbender, m-preg, , and topics. is fine, but please no PWP - I need plot! See Prompt for more details.

Any pairing is acceptable [your idol is just another OC to me >.< ].

No co-authors allowed but beta-readers are fine. Based on the prizes I'm awarding, it will be difficult to split prizes.

You can enter up to three completed stories but only one story can win. Work must be solely created for this competition. I know there are other writing contests out there, so this is to make it fair for other authors and for me - especially since I'm dishing out my pockets for this contest.
