Description
Moon Jihye wants to be a star. She's dreamt of the stage, of the flashing cameras and adoring fans, of the grandeur of the city ever since she was a young girl. Kim Jongdae wants to be a billionaire. He's dreamt of ordering around corporate suits, of diamonds and fast cars, of the wealth of the city ever since he was a young boy.
But what will they do when they realize the city isn't as grand and full of opportunies as they originally thought it would be?
The city is cold and unforgiving and Moon Jihye and Kim Jongdae learn that the hard way.
Two optimistic people from separate yet similar walks of life suddenly realize that in this cold and unforgiving city, sticking together is the only option. And maybe just maybe, their dreams can be achieved, just not in the way they had originally thought.
Moon Jihye and Kim Jongdae will do anything to make their dreams come true, especially if that means they'll have to tear down the city that sparked these dreams in the first place.

SO I won't be updating/starting this until I'm finished with Good Girls Go to Heaven And Bad Girls Go Everywhere but i've decided that I'm going to start an OC/Chen (with a lots of Xiumin) fic because there really isn't enough of those.
This is basically a Bonnie and Clyde AU and I'm super excited to write this!

Foreword
"How about we stick together? Until we figure something out?" He says, his lips curling up into a thoughtful smirk.
She shivers internally, hugging her legs further into her chest. "Why should I trust you?"
"Who else is there to trust?" He asks, raising an eyebrow as he pointedly looks around the dark train station.
She glances around her, too, at the bleak pavement and skyscrapers towering above their heads and swaying so, so close to God. He's right, she realizes then. She's alone in a place with too many people, all of whom give zero s about her. Except for this boy, with the sculpted jaw and sweet, soothing voice.
She sighs, "Okay." She mutters. Then she jabs him in the chest, warningly, "But you better figure something out quick."
He scowls at her then, pursing his lips and resembling a duck. "Why do I have to figure something out?"
"Because I can't be the pretty one and the smart one." She says with a roll of her eyes.
He blinks for a long moment before he suddenly bursts into laughter, his voice loud and obnoxious and strangely calming.
She smiles slightly as she watches him bend over from the force of his laughter and waits for him to let it all out. Finally he slumps against the cold bench and rolls his eyes at her, smiling slightly, lips curved and she likes this, she decides. She likes this better than taking a train back home.
