It's exactly 2 months since we broke up.

 

 

2 months of crying.

2 months of hell.

 

 

Yes, hell.

I've been in HELL for the last two months and entertain myself and to try not to think about him, I busy myself here in our company. Tons of work should be done.

 

 

There's a knock on my office door.

 

"Ma'am?" Clara called me.

I look at her.

 

"The meeting with the business partners in 5 minutes."

I nod and stand up.

 

 

I look first at the mirror in my office.

Damn. I really look like from hell.

 

 

"Ma'am?" Clara again call me.

 

"How do I look? Be honest." I told her.

 

"Not good ma'am. You need to put some make up ma'am. You're too pale." She said.

 

I look again at myself.

She's right. I'm too pale, to light on my weight. ! What have I done to myself.

 

 

"Here, let me help you." Clara said and smile at me.

 

 

(After 5 minutes)

 

"Done. You're good to go now ma'am."

She said and smile at me.

 

"Thanks Clara. Let's go. We're late." I said and walks towards my table to get my phone.

 

 

 

"Ms. Anna. The CEO and the President is already inside. They're waiting for you." 

 

My dad's secretary told me as soon as I arrive.

 

"The business partners?" I ask.

 

"Just arrive ma'am." I nod at her.

 

"Clara, coffee please." I told Clara.

 

 

She hand me my iPad.

I knock then go inside.

 

 

To my surprise. It's Jonghyun and his parents.

 

 

"Sorry I'm late." I said and sit beside my brother.

 

"Anna." I hear Jonghyun call my name.

I ignore him.

 

I look at my Dad.

"Shall we?"

 

Dad smile at me and fades away.

 

"This is not about the business." Mom told me.

 

"Then what?!" I ask angrily.

 

Minwoo oppa look at me. He must be shock

I almost shout at mom.

 

 

Someone knock.

I look to see who is it..

 

"Ma'am Anna. Your coffee."

It's Clara. She give me my coffee.

 

"Thanks. Go now." I said.

 

 

"We're here to invite your family to Jonghyun's wedding, Anna." Jonghyun's dad said.

 

"Ohh. Then I'm out here." I said and stand up.

 

"Anna." Her mom called me.

 

I look back and smirked at them.

"Why? I don't need to be here. I'm far busy. And most of all, we're not talking about business here." I said and starts to walk.

 

"I didn't know your like this Anna. So disappointing." Jonghyun's dad said.

 

I look back.

"Oh I'm sorry for my attitude. But excuse me, I didn't know that you'll be like that too. 

Getting your son engaged to someone when he's still on a relationship and you didn't even tell me." I said.

 

"Honey, stop." Jonghyun's mom said.

 

"Mom, Dad, Minwoo oppa. Sorry. But I need to go. I have more things to do." I said.

 

"Mika, sit down. We still have things to discussed here." Dad said.

 

"Business?" I ask.

 

"Yes." Dad said and wink at me.

 

The hell?

 

I sit again and look at Jonghyun.

 

"I think Mr. Lee you need to say sorry to my daughter." Dad said.

 

I look at him then look again at Jonghyun.

 

"Yes, sir." Jonghyun said.

 

"But I think we need to talk in private." He added.

 

 

"Okay. Mr. Lee and Mrs. Seo. I bet you have something to say at my daughter." Dad ask Jonghyun's parents.

 

 

"Dad, can you leave us.  Me with them." I said.

 

"No I won't. They might hurt you." Dad said.

 

"We won't hurt her Sir." Jonghyun said.

 

"You've hurt him enough Jonghyun." Minwoo oppa said.

 

 

He doesn't say anything after Minwoo oppa said that.

 

 

"Go dad. I'll talk to them privately as they wish." I told Dad.

 

"Will you be okay honey?" Mom ask.

 

I look back and smile at her.

 

Dad give my shoulder a squeeze. I hold his hand and nod at him. Mom gives me a kiss on my forehead.

 

"I'll be outside. Don't you dare hurt her or we're done with the business." Minwoo oppa told them. I see Jonghyun nod.

 

"Anna." Oppa said and kiss me.

 

 

When the door is close.

 

"Talk"

There, that's what I said.

 

"First of all, we're sorry Anna. We really don't know that they are your parents." Jonghyun's mom told me.

 

"Then if you knew I'm their daughter. You'll change your mind." I said.

 

"We don't mean that." Mr. Lee said.

 

"Then what?" 

No one talks when I said that.

 

"I heard last week that your company is going down by Yoona's family. Then rumors that the reason why your company is still here, getting back in shape because of the engagement and now marriage." I said.

 

 

Silence fills the room.

Damn. Their not talking. I have a meeting to attend to.

 

"Is that all?" I ask. They didn't answer.

 

"I'll go ahead." I said and stand up.

I start walking towards the door when Jonghyun starts to talk.

 

 

"Mom Dad. Please, leave us. Just the two of us."  Jonghyun said.

 

 

His parents starts to walk and go outside and Jonghyun starts to talk.

 

 

"Anna, I'm really really sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you. I don't have a choice.. I need to accept the ..." I cut him off.

 

"The offer because Yoona is pregnant. You don't have a choice because her family threatens your family."

 

 

"I know she's pregnant the other day." I added.

 

"I meet your fiance. She's 3 months pregnant." I said.

 

 

"I'm sorry. I'm really sorry." He said.

 

 

I didn't say anything. Because when I do. For sure I will cry.

 

"Anna.. please. I'm really sorry. Sorry." Jonghyun beg at me. He's on his knees.

 

"We're over Jonghyun. You're a father now." I said. I'm fighting back my tears.

 

"Please, I'm sorry. I'll divorce her. Please." He said.

 

 

I slap him.

 

 

"What the hell are you saying?! You can't divorce her!" I said.

 

"Why not? Your the one I love. Not her." He said.

 

"No! We're over." I said.

 

"No. I love you!" He said.

 

 

"No. We're over. Act like a father! Be man. Go now. Go back to Yoona." I said and open the door and see my parents and Minwoo oppa. Also Jonghyun's parents.

 

"Mom, Dad. I don't wanna see them again here in the company." I said and starts to walk.

 

"Anna." Jonghyun mom grabs my arm.

 

"I'm sorry." She said.

 

"Go now. Don't stress yourself. Your a grandma now." I said and smile at her.

 

Jonghyun's mom treats me like her own daughter.

 

"I'm really sorry Anna." She said.

I nod at her and smile.

 

"And also, Dad?"

I call out my father.

 

"Yes honey?"

Dad asked as he walks towards me until he's besides me

 

"Cut ties with them. Their with the Im's now. And also, we won't attend any ceremonies from them."

I said and walk out.

"Ma'am." Clara called me.

I look at her.

 

"Mr. Soohyun Kim is here."

She said.

 

 

Finally. I need to close this deal with Mr. Soohyun Kim of SGC.

 

"Anna?" I look back and see Jonghyun.

 

"I said, I don't wanna see you. Leave. Before I call the securities." I told him.

 

"Anna please." Jonghyun said.

 

"Ms. Anna Lee?" I look back and see this beautiful man coming out of my office.

 

"Mr. Kim?"

I was so shocked that he appears in front of me.

 

Kim Soo Hyun, my ex-boyfriend before I met Jonghyun. But eventually, he became my close friend.

 

 

"I am glad to see one of the most beautiful lady I met in my life. How are you?"

He said that and about to hug me when Jonghyun grab and pulled me to him.

 

 

I was shocked when he did that. And since I'm angry at him, I pulled back and give him a kick on his knees and he falls.

 

 

"Clara, call a security. I want this guy out of my sight. And advice our security to not let this guy enter my office and this building again."

I said to Clara and she do what I told her.

 

 

I walk towards Soohyun, and his face frightened.

 

"Hey, what's with the face?"

I asked him.

 

"Your still not changing. By the way, who's that guy?"

He ask and pointing out Jonghyun who is now on the hands of the securities, taking out of the office.

 

 

"Don't mind him. One of my stalkers."

I said to Soohyun.

 

"So, let's go. My brother wants to meet you."

I added.

"It was nice meeting you Mr. Kim. I have no idea how my sister force you to come here and talk about the business."

Minwoo oppa told Soohyun.

 

 

"I'm sorry Mr. Lee if I turned down your invitation. I was really busy with works and also our company expansion in Europe. Everything should be done before we announced it to public."

 

"And your sister is a very closed friend of mine. In fact, she's my ex-lover."

 

 

oh my god. What's wrong with this guy?!

 

 

"Can you just shut up?!" 

I said and laugh at his expression.

 

 

"So, I'll contact you again Mr. Lee for the next meeting for our company."

Soohyun extend his hands to my brother who accepts it. 

 

"Sure sure Mr. Kim and thank you for your time."

Minwoo oppa told Soohyun.

 

 

"and you beautiful lady. You be careful and take care of yourself, especially to your fans, I mean stalkers."

He said and gives me a quick smile.

 

"Yes Sir!" 

I said and salutes to him.

He laughs freely.

 

"So, I need to go now. My wife keeps on calling me."

He said.

Soohyun got married last year in LA and I am invited. 

 

"Go now, your baby must be looking for you." I .

 

"Maybe.." He laughs and bid a goodbye to us.

 

 

Once Soohyun is out of our sight, Minwoo oppa suddenly ask me about what happened to me while talking to Jonghyun.

 

 

"Well he comes after here in my office and when I'm about to greet Soohyun he suddenly grab me and pull me to him."

I said.

 

"And I actually I don't want to talk about him."

I added.

 

 

"Fine, by the way. We have a dinner with Andy's parents. You didn't forgot it right?"

 

 

Oh yeah. We have a family dinner with Andy's parents and also to talk about our engagement. Yes, our engagement.

 

 

"Anna, you know, you don't have to do this. I know you just say yes to mom and dad because of what happened to you and Jonghyun."

 

 

Actually, that's the only reason why I said yes to my parents and it's the only way ..

 

 

"It's the only way and safe thing to do. And it's the fastest way to recover and to put back my heart in one piece again."

 

 

"I need to forget and moved on."

Yes, I need to move on.
