Foreword

Hello, everyone *waves*

This new story is a one shot I did for 2PM fic challenge on unreal-2pm. If you don't know about it, go there immediately because there are almost 30 wonderful fics there, begging to be read. You won't regret it, I promiseee. 

Anyway, this story is a Taecyeon - Chansung one shot. I don't know if you guys know how it works, but we sign up and then we get prompts. And these were mine:

Prompt 1 - a line from a book or song:

"The sea throws rocks together. But time leaves us polished stones
(U2 - Ordinary Love)"

Prompt 3:- a theme: highschool romance

 

And from this I created this story. About the warnings, there isn't anything bad, just a moment that things get a little heavy (steamy), but nothing bad that warrants me to put this on M section. So please enjoy :D

Wow! This is the best Taecsung story I have ever read. The storyline was really good and really literal. In the end, I had few tears too. Characters that you give them are matching very well. Wanna read it again and again. The rock thing is very touching also. I like it so much T__T

Chapter 1: Ah, I have read this probably 5 times now?? Or more maybe??? It holds up cause there are so many details, hints, threads woven from the beginning to the end and standing out as you go back. So many phrases and passages I love!

"if she threatened to leave him, he would straighten up" - yeah NOW i see the prediction! I didn't the first time like you feared I would lol, but now it casts such a dark shadow forwards and I LOVE how you always do that <3333

"except nothing of this came true" - my heart breaks for this, the shattered illusion and how Taec fails to see that nothing can be real like that when you aren't real and sober yourself. So powerful ;;;;;;;

And I love the notion of drinking both your sorrows and your joy away, that you can't differentiate. Besides the story of love and friendship, I think you added another layer here, saying something about life in general. So beautiful to see that run through the fic <3

This damn scene on the beach is still one of the hottest of the collection we have at unreal2pm >///////< AND IT'S NOT EVEN COMPLETE! EVEN IF IT'S JUST FRAGMENTS before it's interrupted, it's gorgeous and y and amazing (and curse on you for ending it!! xD)

And the ending... oh you know I die for this kind of ending;;;; To me it's a sad kind of ending, one where it's too late, but I really try to read it happily cause after all that.. even a bish like me wants them in love haha~~

Chapter 1: wow. I'm still awestruck here... Like how did you do that? I love every single part of this story especially the ending, it's just beautiful and perfect and all, although w/o concrete statement how they ended up *~* Didn't read it at unreal-2pm, yes, I just read my otps as no time to read them all but, now I read this... It's very beautiful and amazing and all~! <3

The ending is promising and lets the reader imagine his/her own ending. Like: Are they getting back to be friends? Or lovers?
