“Fany,” she heard someone called. “Miyoung,” Tiffany slowly looked up and saw Siwon having a hard time to breathe and his eyes slightly opened.

“Siwon!!” the group screamed.

“C-C….Call…the…d-doctor,” Siwon panted.

“DOCTOR!” they all screamed.

“How is oppa?” Sooyoung ran to the doctor.

“Is he in normal condition?” Ryeowook asked.

“Mr. Choi is fine,” the doctor said.

“Thank you!” Leeteuk hugged the doctor.

“Get off of him!” Taeyeon pushed Leeteuk off.

“But…” the doctor started.

“But?!?!” Sungmin was about to grab the doctor’s collar until Sunny stopped him.

“Let him finish,” Sunny demanded.

“But make sure you take him to the hospital once a week, you may go see him,” the doctor smiled and left.

“Oppa!” Sooyoung ran in and hugged Siwon.

“My dongsaeng,” Siwon hugged her.

“Oppa, you made me worried,” Sooyoung started to cry.

“I’m sorry,” Siwon her hair.

“Oppa, don’t leave me,” Sooyoung begged.

“I won’t, I promise,” Siwon smiled and pulled away.

“Oppa, Nickhun and Victoria just went to go buy things for you, I will go get snacks!” Sooyoung stood up.

“Siwon, we’re so glad you’re okay,” Taeyeon smiled.

“You don’t know how happy we are,” Sunny giggled.

“S-Siwon,” Leeteuk burst out in tears.

“W-We…” Sungmin cried.

“Wahhh!!” Ryeowook cried and the three boys tackled Siwon.

“My leg!” Siwon screamed.

“Oh my god!!” Leeteuk shouted and got off of him.

“Do you need a doctor?! Doctor!!” Sungmin screamed.

“Don’t die!!” Ryeowook shook Siwon.

“Calm down,” Siwon laughed.

“We missed you!” Ryeowook shouted. “We’re sorry,”

“Yeah, we…we should have been there,” Sungmin said with a hint of aegyo.

“Six years…Our friendship stopped for six years,” Leeteuk said. “I’m so sorry, I know I’m the worse hyung,” Leeteuk cried.

“Stop,” Siwon patted him on the back. “You’re not,” Siwon smiled.

“Let’s go! I need to go buy Siwon a teddy bear!” Sungmin grabbed Sunny’s hand and pulled her out.

“I need to go buy balloons!” Sooyoung dragged Ryeowook outside.

“Siwon, what do you need?!” Leeteuk asked. “Everything!!Bye!” Leeteuk pulled Taeyeon with him.

“ert!!” Taeyeon screamed while Leeteuk pulled her. After the crowd left Siwon laughed to himself and looked out the window without realizing someone was still standing there.

Siwon’s Flashback/POV:

“Ahhh!!” Tiffany cried.

“F-Fany, run,” I panted while blood was all over his body. “Run away,”

“Aniyo,” Tiffany cried. “I want to stay with you,”

“Run Miyoung! Run away! You can’t get hurt again!” I shouted.

“Shut up!!” the man shot me one more time and I felt a pain in my chest.

“Siwon!!!!!” Tiffany screamed. “Siwon!!!!”

“Shut up before I shoot you too!” the man threatened.

“Siwon!!” Tiffany cried. “Siwon!!!” I heard her scream. “Wake up!!”

“I said shut up!!” the man reloaded his gun and pointed it at Tiffany.

“No!!” I heard Sungmin shouted.

“Let go of the gun!” Leeteuk hyung yelled.

“Stay where you are!!” Ryeowook said.

“Oppa!!!” I heard Sooyoung yelled. “Oppa!! Siwon oppa!!” I felt her shake me, but I couldn’t open my eyes.

“Tiffany is safe, that’s all that matters,” I thought until everything went black.

“That’s all that matters,” Siwon muttered.

“S-S…” he heard someone called. Siwon quickly looked over and saw a weak and tired Tiffany in front of them.

“You,” Siwon tried to sit up.

“I-I’ll help,” Tiffany ran to him and helped Siwon up.

“Shouldn’t you be in your hospital room?” Siwon asked while looking away from her.

“I never got a hospital room,” Tiffany tried to laugh.

“You should though,” Siwon looked at her. “You don’t know if you’re hurt or not,”

“I’m fine,” Tiffany looked passed Siwon and out the window. “I was the one that hurt you. Is your leg okay? Do you need anything?”

“You didn’t hurt me,” Siwon replied. “I was the one that decided to help you,”

“I-I…I’m sorry,” Tiffany said with tears forming.

“Sorry?” Siwon looked at her.

“I should have been smart and stayed at home,” Tiffany cried. “I thought you were going to die,” she cried. “You don’t know how sad I was,” Tiffany tears poured out. “I-I’m sorry, this is silly,” Tiffany wiped her tears and smiled.

“Tiffany…” Siwon called.

“I’ll be back, I’ll go get water for you,” Tiffany got up and walked out the room.

“Fany…Why didn’t you finish what you wanted to say?” Siwon whispered.

“You!” Sunny pushed Sungmin.

“What are you doing?” Sungmin pouted cutely.

“You’re 24 already, stop pouting,” Sunny laughed.

“Then why did you push me?” Sungmin asked.

“Sungmin here keeps acting like a tough guy,” Sunny giggled.

“Me? Tough guy? When?” Sungmin asked.

“When you wanted to beat up Minho, when you punched the wall, when you were about to hit the doctor,” Sunny laughed.
