Amber Josephine Liu was your typical 23 year old girl. 

Except she wasn't. 

She was struggling to find a job despite having finished her college years and received a degree in Communications. She had a job, until she caught her boss--her married boss, she might add-- getting it on with the secretary in his office. He had fired her immediately, threatening to ruin her reputation of she even told a soul. So, now she was jobless, and almost homeless because she had missed nearly 2 months of rent. She also had to pay for little brother's private high school education now that her parents had passed nearly 3 years ago. She was struggling. 

That is, until she becomes the personal assistant to one of the biggest star actors in the country, Kris Wu. Accepting the offer to becoming his assistant might have been the craziest thing she ever did, considering how it turned her already crazy life completely upside down and made it just a bit crazier. Make that twelve times crazier. 

"You got the job, Ms. Liu! Can you start tomorrow?" 

"Yes, yes, of course." 

If only she knew what she was agreeing to. 

Meet the Characters:

Amber Liu 

She's 23 years old, been out of college for a while, and is very independent. She has a younger brother that she loves dearly even though they are only half siblings. She lost her mother and her stepfather three years ago, and since then has become guarded. She often spoils her younger brother, despite their lack of money. She figures that she'd rather him be happy and smiling. She's funny, nice, soft-hearted, and friendly, despite also being independent, stubborn, strong-willed and somewhat hot-tempered. 

Kris Wu 

At 25 years old, Kris Wu is the most eligible bachelor in all of South Korea. He's rich, he's famous, he's handsome. The catch? He can be a total cold hearted jerk. He's a great actor, and he uses that to his advantage when he tries to hide his feelings. But, his younger brother and best friends can see right through him, having known him for so many years. He's cold on the surface, but underneath all of that, he's soft-hearted and caring. He has a soft spot for all things cute, which explains why he has so many stuffed animals in his bedroom and why his younger brother has Gucci everything. 

Oh Sehun 

Oh Sehun is Amber Liu's younger, half-brother. He's 16 years old, and despite his young age, he understands how much his sister struggles in giving him the best life. He loves his older sister more than anything in the world, and is very, very protective of her. He has scared off pretty much all of the guys that seem to have an interest in her. He knows that he is spoiled by his sister, and knows that she would do anything for him, but he doesn't push it. He has a blank face about 95% of the time, but the remaining 5% is pure cuteness and is only for his sister. 

Wu Zitao, or Tao 

At 17 years old, Tao is living the good life. He's one of the only people that know why Kris became this way, and though he misses goofy Wufan-ge, he still loves Kris. He knows that Kris is still the same, but hides it under layers of coldness. Tao looks like a serial killer, but he's seriously just a raging ball of fluff and cuteness to the point where sometimes Baekhyun gets annoyed. But, Kris can never say no to Tao, and Tao knows this. Tao loves his brother dearly and wants to find the girl who can change his gege back into the goofy guy he was before. 

EXO 

These goofballs (excluding Tao, Kris and Sehun) are Kris's best friends. Yixing and Luhan were Kris' first best friends in China, and when Kris moved to Korea, the two followed. Xiumin and Chanyeol are fellow actors that Kris met during his first movie. Jongdae, Kyungsoo and Baekhyun form an idol group that specializes in ballads. Junmyeon is Kris's manager and is the one of the only ones that can talk Kris out of something. Junmyeon's younger brother, Jongin is Tao's best friend, even though Jongin is older by 2 years, and Jongin is Yixing's boyfriend. These dorks can see right through Kris and Kris doesn't mind. Junmyeon is the one that hired Amber, and it's safe to say that all of the boys adore her.
