Today. This feeling crept into my heart once again. A pair of sharp eye watching every step I make. I can feel like somebody or something is watching me, is it going to protect me or is it going to attack me. I don’t know. Trying to ignore it but every time I think about it I want to run away but afraid to do so I choose to let hold back my intention. Whether it’s snowing or raining, that stare never failed to accompany each of my day for a year. A year.

"Honey can I asked you something". "Hmm what is it mom ?" I rubbed my eye trying to get rid sleepiness in my eyes. "Your neck … did someone or something bite it ?". "The bruise look new to me". "Is t your boyfriend ?" "Just don’t go too far honey". "I want to meet him someday ". I ran off to my bed ignoring my mom words." I don’t have a boyfriend and I’m not going to school until this gone".

"She’s not here. I wonder why." I hide my dissapointment.

"Have you meet her ? " N-no she’s absent..hmmm.. She never failed to go to school but today… I wonder why."

He stood in front of me with a pink ribbon tied around his neck. "Happy birthday______ I’m your present".

"So cute" I said under my breath.

"You smile, so you not mad ?" 

My expression changed. "Of course I’m mad ! I was looking forward to unwrapped my present and anticipate what will I get for my birthday but it turn to be you" !. I let out a deep sigh.

He takes a few steps closer. "Then what are you waiting for unwrapped me. I’m your present". He smiles.
