How I Met Your Father

Description

"Now son, I'm only telling you this because life can do terrible things."

When the snow starts falling and it is a cold Winter's night, a mother will tell her sons about the one story they seem most curious to know: How did you and Dad meet?

This simple enough question does not have a simple answer, at least not one that has the two too-smart nine-year-olds satisfied, so this causes the mother to start from the very beginning--- back to her very first encounter with their father and her other love interests as a young girl who was stuck trying to figure out herself, the world, and love all at the same time.

Ana Lee was just ten when her parents died in a car accident, leaving her in the care of her older sister who was actually emancipated earlier that same year. With a struggling sixteen-year-old caring for a new-born and now her ten-year-old sister Ana's older sister Stella was stuck and didn't know what to do, so Ana worked hard to take care of herself. When Ana was fourteen Stella found out about a boarding school in South Korea that Ana could possibly get a scholarship to, so with that in mind Stella filled out all the necessary forms and as soon as it was approved Stella sent Ana away to the foreign country. This is where Ana's true story begins...

author's notes:XD I had a dream about this last night hahaa so I had to write this down somewhere before forgetting! The title was obviously inspired by the show, "How I Met Your Mother" and the quote at the top is from "Terrible Things" a song by a band called Mayday Parade.
