For such a short story, it was achingly wonderful and it strongly delivered Kyungsoo's longing for Jongin.
It made me reminiscence about lovers who are torn between lives. Frankly speaking, mermaids who long to return to sea as much as they want to remain with their human lovers. In the end, the mermaids always leave.
