It was one week left until the release of their first full-length album, when Junhong decided to confess. He needed someone to talk about this with and he couldn’t wait anymore. He just hoped that his hyung wouldn’t hate him for what he was about to say.
Carefully, the young rapper made his way up to the door of Yongguk’s room – after their second anniversary, their manager Kang decided to move B.A.P to a new dorm where every single one of the guys had his own room. They needed more private space, he had said and Junhong really liked his new, own room.
The tall maknae cautiously knocked at the door to Yongguk’s room and his heart was beating incredibly fast .No one knew about what Junhong wanted to tell his favorite hyung now – not even his brother or his mother.
After a few seconds, a low “Come in” was to be heard and Zelo slowly opened the door. His heart seemed to skip a beat when he saw the leader of B.A.P sitting on his bed, sending him one of those oh-so-beautiful, gummy smiles.
“Do you have a second, Yongguk hyung?”, Junhong asked, and without hesitation, the leader nodded. “Of course, Junhong-ah.”
The younger closed the door and walked over to the bed of his hyung, taking a seat next to him. He really was nervous now, and Yongguk seemed to sense it.
“Are you okay?”, his deep voice asked with a tender sound, and Zelo almost let out a sigh.
“Well, hyung, it’s… I… there’s something I have to tell you.”
With anticipation, the older rapper looked at his younger friend and gave an encouraging nod.
“Well, you know…”, Zelo continued and tried not to stutter, “I hope you won’t hate me after I told you this…”
Yongguks smile got even more tender and he shook his head. “Whatever it is, I won’t hate you, Jello. Just spit it.”
Junhong nodded and after taking a deep breath, he confessed, with his hands clamped to fists.
“Hyung, I'm... I’m gay.”
