If I Lose My Self
Description
She has limited time, or so she thought when he comes into her life. She knows that it's unfair to give up into the temptation when she will eventually leave the world. She will only left pain for him. But sometimes, short time is more than enough to show how big and strong one's love than a life time.
Another Yunri story from me. I wrote it as an apology because it took me forever to update Shades of Mr. Mine. Thanks for the patience and courages you sent to me. Love you all :D
Foreword
Duggh!
Something hard hit my head and it’s not from the kids. I swear my head spinning around. I blink several times to clear my eyes. People is staring at me with concern, few makes attempt to check on me.
“I am fine.” I mumble and forcing smile in spite of the dizziness.
“Are you sure?”
“Yeah, yeah. I’m fine Mrs. Song.”
“Alright. Tell me if something wrong Yuri.” Her motherly figure makes me smile. Everyone is so nice towards me.
“I will.”
“Hey, are you okay?” A male voice emerges in my left. I find Mrs. Song is glaring at him.
“I -, yeah I’m okay.” I peer over with slanting eyes through out the glinting sun light behind the boy’s figure.
“Next time be careful Yunho.” Mrs. Song sharp tone makes the man wince.
“I am sorry. Truly, I am sorry.” He says both to Mrs. Song and me.
Mrs. Song nods over the glare. “I’ll go over there Yuri. Remember, tell me if something wrong.”
I smile again. The dizziness is gone, replacing by throb of pain in the place where it hit. I rub the bruise lightly. “Ouch,”
The boy is seated himself beside me. “Let me look at that.”
I stop breathing when he leans into me. Rich brown eyes remind me of hot chocolate in winter mom made for me. His fingers brush aside my hair to examine the wound in my forehead. I inhale deeply and intoxicated in his scent: mixed of sweat, sun, cologne, and him. My hands rest peacefully in my lap as he fishes his jeans pocket with his free hand to get a clean handkerchief. He tilts my chin to one side before holding my jaw firmly with his warm hand. I swear I can hear the sound of my beating hearts.
“! It’ll leave bruise.” I hear his soft cursing and a snort escape my lips.
