Chapter VIIII,

Minhyuk's POV

"Any human here?" I said when i enter my dark apartment

"Weird... Sungjae told me she moved in. But why is the house so empty?" I mumbled while walking towards her room

/knock knock/

"erm...min? Are you inside?"

/knock knock/

"if you don't reply, i will enter your room now!"

As soon as i open the door, i am greeted by darkness again.

*she's not in.. where did she go?* I thought as i took out my phone and decided to call her

"pick up pick up pick up pick up! Why isn't she picking up her stupid phone?!" I hissed angrily and continue to spam her phone by calling her while going back my room

After 89 missed call from me, she finally call me back. LIKE FINALLY.

"Yobosaeyo?" she tried to over-take the loud background music as she shouted

"Where are you?"

"Gangnam club! Waeyo?" She seem to leave that place as the background music is softer

"Ok. Wait for me outside the pick up point. I will be there in 15 minutes" I said and hang the call

She call me back but i decline the call as i know what's she gonna say, 

-in min's voice-

"YAH! BWOH? WHY ARE YOU COMING?!? yada yada yada"

There you go and you're very welcome.

Now, i am on my way to gangnam club to fetch this contract girlfriend.

Wait, why am i even caring about her?

Why do i want to fetch her?

Ah, yes. I want to tell her some house rule and skin ship rules... yes.

nope nope nope. not because i care but because i want her to know some rules and line between us. Yes, that's right.

Brain, stop confusing me with my last time feelings. The person I like now is nobody. NOBODY. 

But why am i so anxious when i know she's in a club?

OMG! BRAIN STOP! STOP IT! 

To be honest, I can safely reach gangnam club, i should visit and thank my ancestor for protecting me from serious car accident as i am too pre-occupied by the thoughts between i still love min or not.

Now, i need to look for my contract girlfriend! Where the hell is she?!

I left my car and started scanning the crowded pick up point. 

AAANNDDD, i spotted a girl that look like, no. Is min. She is wearing a black laced mini dress. A ing translucent laced dress.

I think my mind just went exploded.

I quickly walk towards her and put my jacket over her tiny body.

She seem shock but after awhile, she put on her poker face again.

If only i can take off her poker face mask and see her smile again....

"Oh, hey" She greeted me

"Hey, let's go" I said and walk towards my car while she followed me

I peek through the rear mirror and noticed min seems to be struggling to talk to me or not...

"If you have anything to say, just say it" I said 

"erm... you know, is kinda awkward here... so.. erm"

"So, you are thinking of topic so the silence will not eat us up?" I asked

"sort of?" She said and chuckles nervously 

"Are you hungry? Cause I have a suddenly crave for cold noodles!" 

"Ommo! Me too!!!" She said excitedly 

"Then, let's go to the place we used to go when we are still dat-" I stopped immediately as soon as i realise i just said something i shouldn't even mention.

"When we are still dating?" She continued

"yes" I mumbled

"Ahjumma!" I shouted the moment we step into the tentage restaurant.

"OH, minhyuk, you came! I miss you so much!" Ahjumma said with a bright smile

"And me too!" Min said and jumped out from behind me

"Oh, min? Aigoo, It had been some time since i last seen you! Come, let ahjumma have a better look of you!"

"Aigoo, why are you wearing so little on such cold weather? Minhyuk, why didn't you bring some coat for your girlfriend?" the ahjumma said and slapped minhyuk's arm lightly

"I did! But she didn't brought it down!" retorted Minhyuk

"Ahjumma, he's right! I forget about it! But before more scolding, can you please cook us 2 bowls cold noodles? Pleaseeeeee" Min said while batting her eyelashes cutely at the ahjumma

"Arrasoo-yo! Go and have a seats while i go prepare your food"

"Ok! So before all these, let's talk about some rules and line between us" I said and took out a piece of paper that i have prepared this morning

"What's this?" She asked and read through the paper

"So, if there anything you wanna change in this rent-a-girlfriend contract?" I asked

"Yes. Please remove this stupid curfew thing! I hate curfew"

"Ok. No problem, anything else?"

"Well, that's all! But I can add on some condition as and when i want right?"

"As long as it is manageable, of course!" and I asked her to sign the contract

"Here's your food! Enjoy! Oh yes, this hot kimchi soup is on the house" Ahjumma said 

"Thank you! We will enjoy the meal" Both of us said together
