Bang, bang – out of hand

  2. Sports recommendation (previous excellence in any sporting game, preferably those who have gained awards or ranked positions.)
  3. Recommendation from a previous student or teacher based on their participation in voluntary work or musical succession.

Foreword

I guess you could say it's like any other rich kid's school where those who are wealthier than the rest are the ones that reign supreme, but there's a twist to their curriculum – the annual Running Man games.

As the title suggests, it takes the form of the Korean variety show – Running Man, opting to re-evaluate the student's abilities in both problem solving and athletics. It requires tactics and functionality to be able to get someone 'out,' so the games are just exactly that.

The tagging game that lasts a total of two weeks involves the whole school in a survival of the fittest. Overall it determines the student's school life for the rest of the year – of course those who survive longer reap the benefits of the game.

One hundred students each year, three hundred in total – ten points each person – a battle of score basically. Those who are eliminated first in each year, receive ten points; the second, twenty and so on. Until it reaches the final tagger – the last one in your respective year, receiving a total of one thousand points.

There is the problem of ousting a person from an opposing year though. But the problem is easily solved by the usage of bonus points! That's means you can get a total of three thousands points, if that is even insanely possible considering how you have to eliminate everyone besides yourself.

For first years it totals with your entrance exam scores, for second and third years it totals with your most recent yearly exam mark. The top scorer receives the position of Student Council President, the second – vice; it's as simple as that. Classes are then referred to this score for ranking and class assemblage purposes.

I guess it is disadvantageous to some, as women tend to be weaker than men in general – no offense ladies. So there is a regular system that is applied similarly every year. Usually the females would all join forces in their respective year group, and the males would seek out their own little gangs as they would call it. They prefer to recruit the strongest, not just anyone who would up the antis in terms of size.

There are the occasional lone wolves acting without the aid of others, preferring to keep to themselves instead of accounting the possibilities of betrayal and traitors. There are the ones that lure – tempt people to join their forces or protect them in the means of having a companion – if you know what I mean.

There are also the ones that generally don't care, aiming to hide and wander until the time is right, some even opting to not participate at all – suiciding themselves after a good day or two of hiding. These people tend to last the longest – disregarding the last option, as tact takes over from the brute force of ousting and mass murders.

To put the experienced second and third years out of their game, there are changes that are applied every year. Rules are altered to make each game different from the last, but what exactly they change is kept a secret until D-day.

The current School President and vice are also set with a handicap. Being previous winners they now have to act alone – it's as simple as that. If they seek help from anyone other than themselves – automatic disqualification, no questions asked.

However there is a single problem that all people face and that is – hunger. Survival means more than just finding protection in the day and a secure place to sleep at night. Water, food and shelter – the three necessities all humans have.

Of course the school isn't going to starve all their students in hopes that the fiasco doesn't last longer than a meagre three days. So they developed a system; a system that is fool proof but risky in terms of survival.

Safe zones, yearly changes and the old game of hide and seek.

Would you like join the fun?

Of course you have to qualify first.
