Jung Sooyeon is an aspiring fashion designer who has recently finished her undergraduate program at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Afterwards, she decides to move back home to be closer to her father who was diagnosed with lung cancer. Not long after she returns home is Sooyeon diagnosed with early signs of Parkinson's disease. Before he passes away, Sooyeon's father gives her a name and address to go to and she immediately travels to Seoul, Korea, searching for a person she's never heard of. Due to a sudden twist of events, Sooyeon's life is completely changed when she is transformed into a wealthy heiress in Korea's fashion industry and finds herself at the center of a society where secrets and money are not only interchangeable, but can control every decision in one's life.

[A/N] January 24th, 2014
Dear readers,
Soooo it's probably really dangerous to be publishing this story right now, haha. I will be returning to university this Sunday from my long and peaceful winter break. This probably means that I won't be updating very frequently since I'll be so busy with work and classes :(
But please, don't let that discourage you from reading this story or any of my other stories! I will do my best.
I began coming up with this story while I was well into writing Safe Haven and decided that I really liked the Woobin x Sica pairing and wanted to create another story with them in it! So I came up with Memoirs... and I'm really scared haha! This is my first attempt at writing a drama-esque kind of story that while it focuses on one person, it also goes in-depth to other various relationships. There will be a lot of scene-changes between various people, so I hope that people can imagine it being like watching an Asian "drama" when they read it!
