A story about childhood friends who dreamed of being idols one day....

"Jiho! I want to be like that!" A five year old Minki complained.

"Can you do that?" A five year old Jiho playfully asked.

"Ne! Watch me!" Minki stood up from her place and started dancing, wiggling her but and waving her hands in the air. 

Jiho bursted out laughing, making Minki stop."Waeyo? Why are you laughing?! Can you even dance?!" Minki blurted out. Jiho stood up from his place."Are you trying me?" Jiho's voice became a cute deep one.

"Can you try it?!" Minki asked back, making Jiho smirk.

"Watch and learn" Minki sat back on the floor and Jiho began dancing, making a wave out of his arms. Then he made an effortless body wave. His dance made her jaw drop in awe. "Jiho is so cool...." she mumbled to herself. It made her realize that her oppa is cooler than her, that she can't really dance. She sadly pouted.

Jiho stopped as soon as he saw his friend pout. "Wae? What's wrong Minki-ya?" He kneeled in front of her, his face full of concern. He cupped her face with his hands. "I can't be cool like Jiho, I can't dance like Jiho" she sadly answered. Jiho sincerely smiled at his friend.

"Aigoo, you can if you try" Jiho said. Minki looked at Jiho's eyes that has full of sincerety. "Really? I can dance?" Minki asked with a hint of hope in her voice. Jiho can't help but smile wider.

"Of course! Jiho will teach you how! Then you can be cool like Jiho!" Jiho encouraged.

"Gomawoyo Jiho!" Minki cheered and grabbed Jiho for a hug. Jiho was shocked at Minki's movements but decided to relax and hug his best friend back. He has the greatest smile on his face.

A few years later, slowly by slowly, their dreams started to finally come true....

"Minki-ya! Minki-ya!" Jiho called from the door of the practice room. Minki almost choked on her drink when she was surprised by her best friend."Aish! Shin Jiho! Kamjakkiya!" Minki exclaimed.

"Kim Minki! I got accepted! I got accepted!" Jiho yelled, jumping up and down.

"What? What accepted? Where?!" Minki questioned curiously, not understanding the situation.

"I got accepted as a trainee in Stardom! I passed the auditions! I freakin' passed the audition!" Jiho hugged his bestfriend and jumped up and down. Minki, taken aback by his best friend's action, still tried to grasp the situation.

Receiving no reaction from Minki, he released the hug and looked at his best friend. "Minki-yah? Aren't you happy for me?" he asked. Minki looked at him for a while.

"You passed the audition?" she questioned once more. Jiho nodded and waited for her reaction.

It took a few seconds for it to hit her. "You passed the audition! Oh my goodness gracious great balls of fire! You passed!" Minki jumped and hugged her best friend tight. She can't contain her happiness, she had seen her best friend work hard to achieve his dream and now, it's finally coming true."I'm so happy and proud of you!" She said, smiling widely and her eyes getting teary. 

"Hey, why are you crying?" He asked, still the same concerned voice since they were five. "I'm just happy for you, your dreams are coming true" she said through sniffs.

"Aigoo, but...how about you from now on?" Jiho asked sadly, realizing that he'll be away from his best friend since he's finally a trainee.

"Eyy, don't worry about me!" She said. "The important thing now is that your a trainee! Behave yourself and be good to other trainees, arasseo?"

After a another 2 years, Minki debuted with her band, Playlist as one of the dancers of the group. Three months earlier than Topp Dogg, Jiho's group. The time that Topp Dogg debuted, it was also the time that Playlist had their first comeback, giving Minki and Jiho, who is now known as Xero, a chance to meet and have a little reunion.

"Kim Minki!" Xero ran to his best friend to give her a big bear hug. "You piece of poop, I missed you..." he whispered.
"Shin Jiho?" she questioned, unsure of what's happening.
"Yep, it's me Minki" Xero reassured. Minki's eyes became teary again and hugged her best friend by the waist."Shin Jiho! It's really you! I missed you more! You rascal!" She exclaimed, making her hug tighter.
"Yah, I can't breathe!" Xero complained and Minki quickly released her hug."Mianhae" she grinned.
"Wah, you changed a lot! Aigoo" Xero eyed Minki from head to toe.
"You don't look bad either! You even dyed your hair to blonde! Fits you pal" Minki commented.

In that day, both of them were the happiest people in the world. There was a little difference in their happiness though. Xero's happiness was because he finally saw his friend happy to have her first comeback and of course to finally see her as an idol. Minki's happiness was different, she missed him terribly. No communication in those trainee days, it was so harsh for her. She badly wants her best friend's hugs. She missed everything about him. Seeing him now, she had never been happier.

To make it short, she's damn in love with her best friend. There's a saying that being away from a person you love makes your heart grow fonder. Being far from her best friend made her realize that she's in love with her best friend. But of course, she has no courage to say so. Especially now is not the right time since they just met again. She scared, in fact. It might ruin their friendship.

Now that they met again? What will Minki do for her feelings? What will happen now after meeting each other after such long time? How will their friendship be?
