Christmas night. Cold, dark, and nothing special. I walked through hundreds peoples who happily chatting and giggling with their friends or their partner. I just walk with a half of my scarf covering my mouth.
Suddenly someone bumped to me. I looked down to a girl with maroon coat was crouched collecting something. I just rolled my eyes then squatting my body and help her collect some candies.
What the heck she will do with this bunch of candies?
Then we both stood up. I looked at her face, so pale but somewhere I just found her face got redden because of the extreme cold temperature. She looked right at my eyes with her cute expression. Then suddenly she bowed at me “Miahamnida, Here some free candies for you. Smile more! Merry Christmas!” She held my hand and give some candies to my large hand.
I felt that her little hand touch mines. Feel so soft and warm. Then she walked away with a bunch of candies still in her basket.
It’s just need 8,2 seconds. So strange but it feel so right.
