Kyuhyun made his way to the local school, smiling in relief when he came in just in time for the students to come out. He went to his usual spot by the tree near the gates, waiting for the familiar mop of blond hair that was the reason why he would come out in this cold weather anyway.

“Kyu!” soon enough, a young boy of 10 comes up to the teenager, wearing a pink coat and matching boots and a happy smile on his face. “I’m here!”

Kyuhyun grinned, ruffling his hair. “Hey Ming” he greeted, taking the boy’s backpack and slinging it over his shoulders. “How was school?” Lee Sungmin was the son of their neighbor, after which a turn of events he found himself as the boy’s babysitter. He didn’t like it at first, but eventually the little guy grew on him…which was saying something, Kyuhyun didn’t really like anything cute…Sungmin here was a little exception to that.
