The sword can deflect nearly anything blasted or thrown at it and can easily smash or crush anything. Daehyun can also create a golden armor on his body just like the sword he uses. The armor makes him dramatically heavier and can take almost anything blasted at it.

• Edward is a KEY (a LOCK that has achieved the highest level of their power and acquired some new abilities as well). All KEYS have the ability to alter memories, mimic techniques, naturally weaken a low level LOCK or add more of their own power to a LOCK or KEY and heal. All LOCKS want to reach KEY level, but few ever do. Edward loves rubbing it in Hyo Shin’s face. Edward’s LOCK powers however, allow him to transform his sword into a crossbow and fire frosty arrows that explode into ice and freeze trap whatever they hit. Edward is able to manipulate ice and snow in many ways and can even alter the temperature to lower. Since he has achieved KEY level, he has tons of things he can do with his LOCK powers over ice.

Although he can get very creative and detailed with the shapes and designs he draws, he usually keeps it simple with primary shapes. Example- Using squares as shields, cubes as barriers and, triangles as knives, and orbs as wrecking balls. Henry can even stab things and then draw the shape inside, making it appear from within whatever he slashed.

The gun portion of the weapon converts spirit energy into flame/fire based attacks.Also, as long as Jonghyun holds his sword/gun, he is able to withstand any fire type attack with no harm at all. Jonghyun is almost as strong as Hyo Shin and could probably even surpass him if he wasn’t so lazy.

Manipulating a long cloak he summons from his sword, he is able to call upon darkness itself, sending his foes into a total blackout and call on some dark forces. Even Key himself doesn’t know all the secrets to his dark powers but he keeps them under control and doesn’t let loose much. The cloak he summons can be worn like a cape, which he can use to move around like a phantom, fading into shadows and becoming unseen by the eye.

Onew: Status- LOCK

• Onew’s UNLOCK allows him to make a clone of himself (more of a puppet actually) Onew can then control that clone as a puppet with strings made from his own spirit energy. The clone/puppet doesn’t feel any pain and has nearly superhuman strength. Onew can also use make more than one clone, although it takes a lot of power. Not only that, he can make clones of other people to control…this also takes a lot of power. Onew can use the strings as weapons as a last resort, turning them into whips.

With his sword, he is able to use spirit energy and convert it into raw metal, which he can then turn to a storm or flurry of weapons like razors, swords, arrows, shuriken, chains, spears and maces. But still, he usually relies on his hand to hand skills.

Kai can absorb the serpents back into his sword at will.
