Description
Remember the story of Bonnie and Clyde? They are young criminals and lovers, the real definition of wild and young. But they did not have the so-called happily ever after. Even so, they died together in the arms of one another. They never let go of each other even though they knew that what they had done opened up the gates of hell for them because they knew what they had was real enough for them to fight the heavens and earth.
She thought she had everything what she wanted, a family she can call. He promised her that he’ll lay down his life for her and gave himself to her as her protector. But never did she know that those promises are just meant to be broken. Like Bonnie, she did not have the so-called happily ever after in this lifetime. Chaerin was never wild, until they proved her wrong.
Foreword
“I love you. Today is a very special day. Long ago you were just a dream and a prayer. This day like a dream come true the Lord Himself has answered that prayer. For today, Lee Chaerin, you as my joy become my crown. I thank Jesus for the honor of going through time with you. Thank you for being what you are to me. With our future as bright as the promises of God, I Lee Soohyuk, promise to have and to hold you, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness or in health, to love and to cherish 'till death do us part. I will care for you, honor and protect you. I lay down my life for you and today I give to myself to you.”
I clearly remembered the vow that you promised in the eyes of the Lord. For better and for worse. For richer and poorer. In sickness or in health. To love and to cherish. That was the best day of my life. I believed in you that you’ll be there to protect and care for me. I seek for you every step of the way, but why am I not grasping for the hands that promised me forever?
You promised ‘till death do us part. But why am I the only one rotting dead?
I know I haven't started Shades of Roses (another sd fic). Sorry, I lost my inspiration on that one and I promise to get back on that. For now, this shall be my on-going fic. Will post first chapter soon. Thank you!
