I hurried back from the kitchen and noticed that the man at table 2 was gone.

"Hey, where did Mr. Handsome go?" Min Lee asked, nudging me.

"Home?"

"Wow," said Min Lee, looking over at the table, "Looks like the flirting worked."

"I wasn't flirting!" I threw my hands up.

"Whatever."

I laughed and headed to table 2 to collect my tips. I picked up a white piece of paper with a bunch of words on it. A letter?

Dear Waitress or whatever...

    You were right, I have to admit, it was good(: Thanks.

    Here's a big tip, call me sometime.

                                         Bling.

Wow, what a nice way to address me... I laughed to myself. And he left his number, what a surprise. Not.

"What 'cha got there, cupcake?" Min Lee peeped behind me.

"Ah! You freakin' scared me, Unnie." I exclaimed.

"Wow, you got his number? Nice job with the flirting."

"For the last time --- you know what? Forget it." I took off my apron and headed out the front door, "Bye Unnie!"

2 years later...

"Good Morning, Unnie." I smiled at Min Lee, putting on my apron.

"Hey cupcake." she smiled.

It's been 2 years and I'm still working at the same shop with the same people. My life has never changed one bit. I love it(:

"Hey cupcake, remember that guy from 2 years ago?" she asked.

"The hobo?"

"Aniyo! The hot guy. Uh,.... what's his name again? Oh right! Mr. Handsome."

I laughed, "Mr. Handsome?"

"Yeah, HIM! You got his phone number, remember?" she asked me.

"Uh, yeah.. Why?"

"And you never called the dude?"

"No..."

"OHMYGOD! Give me the number right now!" she exclaimed.

I handed her the piece of paper that I kept in my apron all these years. She quickly dialed a few numbers and held the phone to her ear. She finally hung up after a few minutes.

"He changed his number..."

"Oh." That was all I could say... It's not that I really cared. It was just an awkward moment.. Teehee :D

"Well, let's get back to work." she sighed, going back into the kitchen.
