Every day. Texts. Emails. Phone calls. Everything. We were always talking.
Together. Whether it was in class, afterschool or at a party, we seemed connected.
High school. The days of fun. Oh, how they were joyful. Teasing each other for small reasons, sharing a small hug or exchanging playful winks, those were the small things that kept me happy.
It was all so perfect.
I imagined our future. What our kids would look like, how my name would sound with his last name.
I imagined our happiness. Laughing on our honeymoon, having small fights then making up and being in each others' arms.
I imagined... Us. Together. Connected. Perfect.
But it was just my imagination.

Featuring Kai, a female protagonist original character (Jinkyung, who can be 'you') and a female antagonist (Alena), along with some 'cameo' appearances from EXO, this fic has constant character perspective changes and will most likely have a sad ending, so BE WARNED.
