Title: Ideal Princess

Rating: PG13 (I'll try to keep it there)

Characters: Sehun, Luhan

Description: In which Sehun is off on a quest to save his ideal princess and is joined by a mysterious boy, Luhan, along the way.

The streets of Thala were bustling with merchants, women out for groceries, and children skipping about. There was a strong scent of fish in the air mixed with the salty sea since the country was situtated by the shore and teemed with fishermen who caught and sold fish and tourists who came to view the vast sparkling ocean. The beautiful seaside country was simply magnificent. 

Thala was also a country well-known for their slums; a neighborhood filled with poverty to every corner. The people that lived there were mostly outlaws that hid from the king and the population grew annually. Now, that wasn't the only bad part of the 'magnificent' country. The king had lost a princess 22 years ago and 22 years ago was when the beautiful country of Thala began to fall. The king was also growing old and he had no son to take the throne and no daughter to wed. What seemed like a prosperous country wasn't anything close to prosperous at all.

No one was doing anything to save the country, especially not Oh Sehun an outlaw who lived in the slums. He was more concerned with finding a nice girl to fulfill his dead mother's wish. 'Find a nice young lady that you won't get tired of looking at everyday unlike how you're father grew bored of me,' were her last words with a hateful bite in her tone at the mention of her husband. That was all that worried Sehun these days. The silver haired boy cared for nothing else.

One evening, when the catch of fish was abundant and many citizens roamed the streets, the King's soldiers hurried about posting notices on every flat surface in reach. Men, women, and children gathered around to read the parchments that bore a brightly painted rose at the top. Sehun saw the crowds of people but didn't care enough to mingle with the news.

"She has skin as fair as snow!" a man cried out and clutched his heart. Sehun's ears were alert and the cry sent him flying towards the notice. He pushed people out of the way as he shouted insults at them, flinging a kid towards their mother at one moment, until he himself stood before the peice of paper.

Royal Notice

Our beloved King Fannian has proclaimed that the savior of the princess will marry the princess and
become successor to the throne. Twenty-two years ago, the princess was kidnapped by a witch and
locked in a castle far, far away.The princess's existence was made known yesterday when the witch
visited our beloved King Fannian. The princess is now a fully grown lady and fit for marriage if only
one would save her from the horrifying witch.

~Is able to do a backflip in a skirt while singing the national anthem

Sehun's eyes widened as his fingers quickly clawed the parchment off the wall of the building. His fingers trembled as he held the item in his hands. Perfect. It was simply perfect. Everything on the list met his criteria for a girl who he wouldn't get tired of looking at everyday. The princess was his ideal type and he was going to do anything to save her.

A/N: I honestly don't know what I am writing. It started out as a daydream I was having in orchestra because we weren't doing anything productive in the first 40mins of class. And as I was typing the forword it just sort of got mixed up with the setting of an anime I've been watching: Magi (squeal if you've watched it too! XD). I don't have anything for this story planned out except for the basic idea and plot. So, I'm just writing this on a whim and for fun because the daydream was pretty random. It'll be sort of a crack and I'll just be updating whenever I get the weird daydream again! Well, if you're unlucky enough to happen to have clicked on this and read this I hope it's good :D
