Luhan got up the following morning feeling quite uneasy. It was the feeling that something bad is going to happen. Feeling extra cautious, Luhan showered and dressed, leaving his apartment without noticing the note left on one of the white canvases.

***Main Building***

Five EXO-M members stared in awe at the building in front of them. Finally, today is the day they will meet their sunbaes, and meet the other members. It has been so long. Entering the building, they were greeted by a tall boy.

“You must be EXO-M. Where is he?” He spoke with a little lisp. Just then, another member came into view from behind the tall boy. It was Kyungsoo.

“Now, Sehun, Luhan is just running a little late.”

“Good morning, Kyungsoo-hyung.” Tao greeted.

“Good morning, Tao, Kris-hyung.” After exchanging their good mornings, Sehun shooed them upstairs.

“Go. I’ll wait for him here, in the lobby.” With an approving nod from Kyungsoo, the maknae watched as the group disappears on the other side of the elevators doors. No one noticed Kai trailing behind them.

“Where are you, little Lu?” His voice was laced with worry.

***Meanwhile Upstairs***

Hours of searching became days, and days turned into weeks, yet the final guardian and the member of EXO-K group is still missing. Eventually, Lee Soo Man called for a gathering. It consisted of the rookie group and some of their sunbaes.

At the ring of the elevators, nine guardians entered. It was Xiumin, Chen, Kris, Tao, and Lay from EXO-M. On the K-group, it was Joonmyun, Kyungsoo, Baekhyun, and Chanyeol. They all hugged each other at this reunion. Lay and Joonmyun looked at each other, in a corner of the room, and smiled. Hugging each other tightly, Joonmyun felt a few tears cascade down his cheeks. Lay wiped them as they fell, holding the angel tightly in his arms.

“Sehun is waiting for Luhan-hyung.” Kyungsoo said. The chair turned and revealed Lee Soo Man. The side doors opened and a bunch of people entered the room. From Girls Generation, Taeyeon, Jessica, Sunny, and Tiffany came in. From Super Junior, Siwon and Donghae entered.

“We apologize, the other members are preoccupied.” Taeyeon said, looking at Lee Soo Man.

“Nevertheless, we welcome you guardians. I’m Choi Siwon.” Siwon smiled at the guardians.

Where is Luhan? He said he’ll be out in a jiffy. What time is it now–? Huh? Wait a second, that guy next to Siwon-hyung… Ah! He’s that scouting guy. And, those two girls… they were with him that day in the supermarket. What is going on? Kai started asking himself out loud.

As if hearing him, Lee Soo Man explained.

“EXO, they are your sunbaenims. Like you, they were previously guardians. Just a little different from you, considering the fact they are already human. Anyway, they will be your protectors. Although human, they are able to assist you when situations arise. Do not hesitate to ask them. As for the problems…” Lee Soo Man trailed off.

“Yes. Kim Jong In–” Kyungsoo started but Joonmyun stopped him, seeing as he is a little too upset.

“One of the guardians is still missing. The teleportation guardian is nowhere to be found. Without him, we cannot become human.” Joonmyun continued, looking at Kyungsoo who was standing near the window, slightly restless. Kai looked at Kyungsoo with sad eyes. Walking over to him, he hugged Kyungsoo and kissed his forehead. A tear falling as he did so, knowing the older boy cannot hear nor see him. But seeing Kyungsoo tense and lift his hand to his forehead, he was feeling a bit hopeful and so Kai smiled. Just then, the door opened and it revealed a panting boy. On his shirt, it stated “Shinee Representative”.

“Taemin, you’re here–”

“Luhan was kidnapped!”

“What?!”

A few minutes ago…

Sehun was waiting a few minutes right after the others went upstairs. It was quiet in the lobby. There weren’t very many people and none of them really knew what this entire company is doing. It was kind of funny that hundreds of people like their idol sunbaes but did not know their history and where they actually came from. Sehun continued musing for a while when he heard the revolving doors turning. He looked with shining eyes, which suddenly dimmed upon seeing that it was just one of their Shinee sunbaes. He turned around, knowing it was too early in the morning to deal with his hyung’s bright attitude. Unfortunately, this particular hyung saw him and punched him in the back.

“What’s up, Sehun-ah?” He beamed.

“Leave me alone, Taemin-hyung. I’m waiting for my Lu.” Taemin ignored the coldness.

“Where are the others?”

“They’re upstairs.”

“Oh…is that him?” Sehun turned around as Taemin pointed. He saw him. It was Luhan.

“Luhan-hyung, over here!” Sehun called out. Luhan’s face reddened as he entered the building. Just as Sehun was about to run towards Luhan, two men wearing masks took hold of Luhan. With his arms held, he shouted.

“Get the picture to Kyungsoo!”He managed before he threw his bag on the floor. With that, he was out the doors and into a black van. The very few people in the lobby were surprised and were looking around.

“Tell the others. Quick!” With that, Sehun ran after them quickly. Just before Taemin moved to go upstairs, he saw something shiny on the floor where Luhan was just taken. It was a red gem and the guardian’s bag.

“And that’s what happened…” Taemin explained as he put Luhan’s bag down, panting. Joonmyun handed him a glass of water.

“Oh, and by the way, Kyungsoo!”

“Yes? What is it?”

“Before he got taken away, he threw his bag on the floor, saying to give you the picture.” Kyungsoo held Luhan’s bag. He opened it and looked inside. All of a sudden, Kyungsoo fell to the floor. He held the small painting in his hands. Pent up tears fell, each escaping as he tried blinking them away, Kyungsoo cried as he looked at those brown eyes. That face… the one he longed to touch and see… the guy he loved… longed to hear from again. It was Jong In.

“Jong In…” Kyungsoo looked up just in time to see Kai. The younger boy was about to disappear. Alarmed, Kyungsoo shouted.

“Jong In!” He saw him pause.

Is that my name? Yes… I am Kim Jong In, the teleportation guardian. And he… he is my lover, my beloved Do Kyungsoo.

“I must leave and rescue Luhan-hyung. I promise I’ll come back for you.” Jong In called out but alas, Kyungsoo can only see him, and was unable to hear. In a second, Jong In disappeared. With a new found hope, Kyungsoo hugged the picture once more and stood up. He wiped his tears.

“He’s alive…”

While Kyungsoo was smiling, the other members were confused. They couldn’t see Jong In. He wasn’t anywhere in the room.

“What do we do now, Kris-hyung?” Chen asked, holding Xiumin close to him. Kris looked at Lee Soo Man. Taemin stood up and showed Siwon the gem, handing it to him. Siwon looked surprised and immediately showed it to Lee Soo Man. Slamming his hands on the desk, he stood up.

“Protectors… Assist the guardians. Siwon and Donghae, go guard the perimeters. Make sure no one goes in or out of the area. Girls, get the other members. We will need them.” EXO members watched their sunbaes clear out of the room, on their phones.

“What do you want us to do?”

“We got them and they’re on their way. Sooyoung is still on her mission but she should be back by now.”

“Wait for the girls, they’ll surely help you.” They nodded and waited for their SNSD sunbaes.

“PMEnt, we meet again… Prepare to lose another war.”

***Somewhere Else***

“Where is it?” Someone turned his desk drawers frantically.

“What do you mean, boss?”

“The only gem left to fuel the power machine.”

“I just saw one of the guys put it in their bag.” The boss tensed.

“How many did I send to get the guardian?” The henchman counted as he recalled.

“Two guys boss.” Finally, he answered.

“How many entered this room?”

“Two before and one skinny, tall guy afterwards…” he trailed off, eyes lighting up at the realization. He slowly backed away to avoid his boss’s anger. Unfortunately, his boss shouted first.

“You fool! A spy got in and stole the last gem! It’s the only gem left to kill the guardians!”

***Main Building***

EXO members stood in the room with Lee Soo Man since Siwon and Donghae left, and SNSD are still gathering. Once again, the door bursts open. It revealed all of the nine members of Girls Generation.

“We’re here, director!” Sooyoung called out.

“Girls Generation is ready to help guardians.”

Author’s Note: Hello guys! I apologize for the long wait and this being a short chapter. I had a minor case of writer’s block and wasn’t able to write something. Additionally, I was studying for my entrance exams, which I passed! I am so happy (>_<).By the way, yes, I am watching a lot of Gag Concert lately, it’s contagious! To answer one of the comments, I really like “Thump Thump” and “King of Ratings”. Anyway, hopefully you guys like this chapter.
