Chapter 3: I like her

June's POV

So, it's like 3:30 PM and I am bored out of my mind. Ever since I got here, all I've been doing is listening to music and surfing the net. After a while, I decided to go downstairs and try to find something to do.

When I got downstairs, 15 pairs of eyes were looking at me.

"June?"

"Mingyu?" I said.

He smiled and got up.

"Hey, um what are you doing here?"

"I, uh, kinda live here now." I said.

He gave me a look.

"You live here? Here? With Hansol?" he pointed to Hansol who waved.

I nodded.

"Yes, yes I do." I stated casually.

He stared at me for about 10 seconds before he spoke.

"Hansol, can I speak with you alone please?"

Narrator's POV

Mingyu walked into the kitchen with Hansol trailing behind him.

"Is this why you called us over?" he asked.

Hansol smiled.

"Yep. And I want you to tell me why you mentioned the guys to her, but not me."

Hansol waited for Mingyu's answer.

"Why would you care?........ You don't like her....do you?" he asked.

Hansol froze.

"Of course I don't like her, I just met her today. Why would you ask that?" Hansol asked the tall boy.

"Because I like her...." Mingyu said.

"Well, of course I know that, you talk about her almost everyday." Hansol said.

Mingyu rolled his eyes.

"But, while she's staying here, promise me you won't start liking her?" Mingyu asked.

Hansol nodded.

"Yeah, sure, I don't really like anyone now, so why would I start liking her?" he asked.

"Don't you like Evelyn?" Mingyu asked.

Hansol cringed at the name.

"Ew no, why would I like her?" he asked.

Mingyu shrugged.

"Just a thought." he said.
