Blackened by the horrible truth, her eyes shift back and forth…

“If the necklace isn’t here on the beach Ricky—then who has it?” she asked him in a state of panic.  Ricky dusted his knees of sand, whilst his Black eyes roamed the perimeter

“Your mother’s going to be so mad---it’s so hard to find sea queens, nonetheless them of their essence…” he tries to keep calm although all he can think of is that necklace. With it’s tentacle-like bands, and that topaz that was cut into a star-like shape. The glass would heat up a bright red once it was used….upon a individual that they needed desperately to find. They’re ears filled with a sound, a kind of sound of a pair of two footsteps that were in sync. Eun ji snaps her head to the side, watching the smirk of the person widen as they observe.

“So you aren’t a legend. The daughter of the sea witch, is actually real,” marvels the figure. Eun ji’s eyes light as she examines him

“And you’re the Ice Prince,” she stated, with her eyebrows thinning with the heavy thoughts. Ricky gasped at the sight of the other

“The second born---Chunji,” he tells Eun ji pointing to the male who towers the two, who looks eager. Chunji smiled

“What exactly are you two looking for---you guys have been here for two weeks and haven’t found the lost princess. How long do you think it will take before your mother is found again---the sea isn’t bottomless,” he remarks with that smile still on his face.  The ice prince kneels down infront of Eun ji

“Do you even know how to find the princess?” he asked her with his head slightly tilted. Eun ji stares into the wide spans deep in his coco eyes, reading the unsaid words in each. Then she grabs his collar, startling him

“I suppose someone experienced on land like your self would be able to find her,” she tightens her grip while her hand slowly turns to liquid

“As a matter of fact, I can. So how did you plan to capture her if you had no idea how to track a mermaid?” he holds a minimum of fright at the sight of her hand, that she was slowly forming into a glass-like knife

“Well, we had something special that would glow if we were close to her---but it seems we’ve lost it. You wouldn’t happen to know where it’s located would you?” she inches her transfigured hand to his abdomen with a snarky expression. The winds sang in everyone’s ears as there was an ongoing silence, “Do you?” she was now poking him in the flesh over his diaphragm.

“Eun ji?” asked a voice from afar. Everyone becomes silent as a girl appears, she has reddish brown hair. Her deep blue eyes look amongst the quad.

“Oh, Carly!” she smiles with a sweet grin. She leaves Jeongmin behind and goes over to the unsuspecting girl. Chunji looked over at Jeongmin who was nearly breathless, and he thought to himself *Jeongmin might get sidetracked from our main objective---I must make sure nothing comes before the mission,* Chunji, kicked Jeongmin in his rib cage from the side earning a

“What the heck?!” Jeongmin spreads his arms with a ‘What was that for?’ expression on his face. Ricky pushed himself between the space that lied to the side of both princes, he through hateful glares at the two. Ricky goes over and hugs Carly

“Hey!” he smiles. Carly grins

“How come I wasn’t invited to the party,” she joked making the two smile at her words. Eun ji nods

“If this was a party, don’t you think we would’ve invited Donghyun?” she asked patting Carly’s back. Ricky looked back and both Jeongmin and Chunji were gone, only there footprints stayed behind, leading towards the ocean. Carly noticed as well

“Did your friends go for a swim?” she questioned. Ricky nodded

“I guess so---so are we going to the the café right?” he tried to get her mind off of the two males, and lead her back towards the parking lot

“Let’s go,” he suggested. Eun Ji looked back

                              *Well it’s good I know you’re here I’ll just follow your lead---and when we find her---I guess I’ll have to the power out of her the raw way-----,*she shudders with sympathy and delight at the thought of what she would use to out the ultimate power of the sea that was sealed away in a lost princess. Eun ji smiled at Carly

“Is that annoying waitress going to be there?” she questioned, buckling herself into the passenger seat. Carly tilts her head

“We have a few, so describe her,” she ignited the car, it groaned with the sudden flame of life that filled its innards.

“She’s younger then the most, like our age. And she has dark brown hair, with big eyes---she served our table when Bora and Donghyun took us to your café the day after the party---Sunday,”

“Oh that’s my friend Minhee. Why don’t you like her?”

“She’s trying to go for my to-be spouse!” Eun ji growled. Carly was quiet for a moment,*Well guessing from the party he might not feel the same…* and then she the radio--- Ricky couldn’t put a finger on it but the words that just came from Eun ji drove him slighty crazy with an envy, and distaste.

“No! Listen to me I love you! Please don’t do this Yisul!” pleaded Jewel. Yisul quivered and began to stumble backwards with uneven steps

“I’m sorry J---I WON’T DO IT!” he yelled at himself, disobeying the orders that were cast upon him. He went haywire thrashing against the pillar that they had fought near in the main room of the Castle. Yisul began to cry when he started to go towards her again, unable to stop himself from raising the saber. Jewel slowly looked down bracing herself

“If you really can’t resist the curse----look me straight in the eyes, and then kill me,” she said in a serious tone stopping her flow of tears, just to stare into his eyes with anticipation----daring him to do it. Yisul listened to her, staring into the eyes of Jewel. She stood still, with hurt eyes. He raised the blade higher away from his side and positioned for a plunge into her skull. Jewel could see him conflicting fighting the demand that weighed down on him. Yisul without hesitation moved the knife but yelled

“NO!” and instantly there was a sound of pierced flesh. Yisul had driven his blade into the middle of his chest. Jewel looked at him with wide eyes

“YISUL! WHY!” she screamed seeing him drop down to his knees

“The only way to save the one I love I had to remove the problem…” he told her looking at her with pain coursing through his face. A red slightly slid down the corner of his mouth…his eyes held love that no one could fathom…it was the strongest emotion visible it fought of regret and pain. She took out the blue blade

“Yisul…” she held him close. She wished she could heal him…but that power belonged to an imprisoned princess. Yisul slowly patted her hair

“Chin up…I did it out of love,” he smiled before he kissed her sweetly. And simultaneously when he pulled away he drifted away---

       “Minhee back to work!” nagged Carly’s mother. Minhee stood up wiping tears, “And clear your face, you look like you just watched someone die,” she sighed. But that was the problem…she did feel like she did…*It feels so real when I read it…like a memory maybe,”
