It has been 2 hours since both them inside the operation room. Taeyeon come after 30 minutes they are inside..Fany sit next to taeyeon, leaning her head on his shoulder comfortably. Syoung and Sunny both take a sit at the end of room chatting. Meanwhile both Hyoyeon and Seohyun already going back with Jae as Jae start to fall asleep. Yoong the one who driving their back even he wants to stay longer with Yul and Jessica.Syoung start to feels hungry as his watch show it is 2 pm now..

‘Anybody lunch?’ syoung ask

‘I am not hungry..we have a late brunch just now.’Fany answer

‘Coffee for me and sandwich will be okay’ Tae answer it nest

‘Syoung, I will accompany u..’Sunny said

‘The operation will take 6 to 8 hours..10 in max..are u really okay?’

‘We will get ours if we need syoung…Don’t worry..’Fany reassured him

‘If u say so..But ring me if u need anything..’Syoung and Sunny then leave the couple

Taeyeon stretching his muscles as it is sore..Fany notice it.

‘U are tired?’

‘Nope..i will be okay..’

‘Take a nap first..i will wake u up when they are done..’

‘It is okay fany..’tae smile

‘2 hours nap no hurt tae..there is empty couch over there..i think u can a nap there..’

‘I cant sleep here?’Tae pouted

‘U want to?i afraid u will not comfortable Tae..’

‘i will..just let me rest my eyes here..’slowly he put his head on fany’s lap

‘Thanks..’ taeyeon close his eyes and trying to sleep

In the operation room,Dr park successfully took out 1/3 of Yuri’s liver and it is ready to be transferred to Jessica. On Jessica side, they already took out the infected liver and prepare for new liver.

‘Blood pressure is normal 121/85mm/Hg..Pulse rate 72..we are ready here doctor,’another attending doctor report Jessica status

‘Good, nurse bring this to dr Hun. I will continue it here,’Dr park instruct

‘Dr Han,U may proceed it now..I will handle the husband.’

‘Okay, will proceed now.’

‘Nurse,suction, I can’t see anything..too much blood..what happen?’ Dr park surprised

‘I don’t know..Everything goes well just now..’

‘More suction, I need to stitches  the open wound now..’ Dr Park still looking for any open cuts.

‘Blood pressure keep decreasing..98/52 mm/Hg now..pulse 96 bpm doctor.’ His assistant informs

‘Damn!!.more gauze..’

‘Dr park, is everything okay over there?’ Dr Han curious

‘I can handle it, are u done Dr Han?’

‘Almost..now connecting the bile duct and we will finish it.’

‘Okay..proceed with ur work..i am trying to stop the bleeding here..still can get where it started.’

‘I will help u once I am done..the assistant can help in suture later.’

Dr Park still searching the cause of bleeding..’

‘Blood pressure keep dropping..we need AB blood  2 pints now..’

Taeyeon wriggles due to air conditioning coldness..He seems not comfortable..He feels some strands of hair near his nose..It is Tiffany..She is sleeping..Taeyeon chuckle a bit.

‘Fany-ah..wake up..u will break ur neck soon’

‘huh?..’

Taeyeon get up and sit properly on his seat..

‘Come, change..lie down here..’

‘u have enough sleep?’

‘45 minutes I guess?It is enough..come..’

‘Hurrmm.’Without rejecting she lie down on Taeyeon’s lap..

Taeyeon cares tiffany’s cheek and smiling..1/2 hour later,Syoung come back wil 2 full plastic bag..

‘I am buying u two something to eat..u two might be hungry later..’Syoung straight to Tae

‘Slow down ur voice syoung..She just fall asleep..’Taeyeon refer to Fany

‘ They still inside?’

‘Yup..it just 5 hours since they start..’

‘I hate waiting and I have this feeling?’

‘What feeling?’

‘Err… ‘something bad happen’ feeling?’

‘Don’t think it..Just pray for them..Where is Sunny’ tae notice Syoung is alone

‘Got emergency case downstairs..Accident,head trauma..’

‘Owh..u?’Tae ask

‘On leave..just for my friend..’Syoung grab a sandwich from the plastic bag.

‘I thought u already have ur lunch?’

‘I am..but I have nothing to do now..so eating can buy me some times’

‘ Excuses..u can do something else don’t u?’

It already passed 7 hours Yuri and Jessica inside the operation room..Taeyeon, Tiffany and Syoung still waiting for them..Few minutes later, the red light in front of the room switch off. Dr Park finally come out from the room..Tae quickly walk towards him and asking for their condition

‘Why it took longer than expected?’Tae asked

‘Some complication occur..we have to drag more times..sorry Dr Kim..’

‘Is something bad happen inside? I mean, are they okay now?’

‘Jessica-shi surgery gone well but still need to be monitor in ICU for a a few days to make sure his body accept 100% her new organ..’

‘Yuri?’

‘Dr Kwon having some internal bleeding inside during the surgery..I manage to stop it but I don’t know what cause of that..no infection at all..that make me curious..’ Dr park explain

‘So how is he?’

‘He now being transferred to ICU too..we need to monitor he and prevent him from comatose as his heart stop beating in 2 minutes..I am sorry if I am failed but I will make sure he will wake up later..’

‘Really?!How this happen? I mean internal bleeding..heart stopping..’Tae need more explanation.

‘I will continue investigate it..i hope Dr Kwon not hide anything from me..I mean as his ultrasound is normal so maybe there is something..I am sorry Dr Kim..’Dr Park in deep thought as it is his fault

‘It..It is okay..Just monitor him..’

‘I will..’

From far Tiffany and Syoung can sense something is not right.. Taeyeon walk towards them..His head hanging low..

‘Taeyeon..is everything alright?’

‘Jessica and Yuri both already transferred to ICU..But Yuri is more critical..’

‘What?!..Hey..how come..i don’t understand Tae..’Syoung also shock

‘I know..Dr Park said Yul have massive internal bleeding..he manage to stop it but still don’t know what cause it..’Tae explaining

‘Damn..what in the earth is happening now..’Syoung in anger

‘We cant visit them for now..Jessica need to be quarantine as her body is trying to accept new liver and to prevent rejection..For Yul, it is better we go and check him tomorrow..Both of you just go back first..’
