SM High, a school for rich kids in the states, focused on science, sports and performing arts, the economic control of the school is divided between 5 traditional and crazy for the social image families, and the social control of the school is in charge of the student council (the older kid of each family) they mostly decided punishments, rewards, vacations, etc. everything regarding to the rest of the students
