In late December, 2012, Pledis Entertainment decided to create a new girl group, they created DASAY, in the thought of creating a super group, containing vocals of angels and dance skills of professionals. Five girls were chosen to debut within DASAY, but in the end, the total member count adds up to nine girls, all with exceptional skills and talent. These nine girls are called DASAI.
